The automation and systems specialist owns and improves the “connective tissue” of the organization: automations, integrations, and the reliable flow of data between systems (Salesforce, Academy/LMS, Member portal, Microsoft 365, finance/HR tools). Security Monitoring & Incident Response
* Monitor and analyze security alerts, logs, and system events to identify suspicious or abnormal activity.
* Perform initial triage and investigation of security incidents and escalate when needed.
* Support continuous improvement of threat detection capabilities (e.g., playbooks, SIEM rules, automation).

Security Metrics, Reporting & Dashboarding
* Define, measure, and track key security metrics (e.g., vulnerabilities, IAM data, detection/response KPIs).

Profile Interim Security Analyst
* Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field or relevant work experience.
* At least 2 years of experience in security operations, SOC, IT security, or related roles.
* Strong understanding of security concepts including, Threat detection & response, Vulnerability management, Access controls & identity security, Logging & monitoring.
* Experience working with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, LogRhythm).
* Proficient in data analysis using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
* Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Responsabilidades Clave:

• Soporte Técnico a Ventas: Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para entender

los requisitos del cliente, demostrar el valor de las soluciones de observabilidad de

DataDope y diseñar soluciones adaptadas a los entornos de los clientes.

• Demostraciones de Producto y Pruebas de Concepto (PoC): Realizar demostraciones

técnicas detalladas y guiar a los clientes potenciales en la configuración e implementación

• Relación con el Cliente: Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes,

Requisitos:

• Experiencia en Observabilidad: Amplia experiencia en herramientas y plataformas de

observabilidad, como ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic o similares, y comprensión

profunda de monitoreo, logging y trazabilidad.

• Background Técnico Indispensable: Experiencia práctica en infraestructura tecnológica,

arquitectura de sistemas y plataformas cloud, con capacidad para diseñar y explicar

soluciones técnicas complejas. Es fundamental entender la infraestructura cloud (AWS,

Azure, Google Cloud), microservicios, contenedores (Kubernetes, Docker), y pipelines de

CI/CD.
