Encadré(e) par des consultants expérimentés, vous aidez les directions métiers de nos clients sur des missions de stratégie opérationnelle et des missions de conseil en management (organisation, processus, systèmes d’information, ressources humaines/conduite du changement) en répondant aux problématiques suivantes :

• Transformation des organisations : audit des organisations, schéma directeur métier, refonte des processus, des organisations et de la gouvernance,
  
  

• Evolution réglementaire : étude des textes réglementaires et analyse d’impacts, mise en conformité des organisations et des processus,
  
  

• Gestion de projets : cadrage, assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage, pilotage de projet (PMO), accompagnement au changement,
  
  

• Marketing et relation client : études de marché, segmentation client, conception d’offres et de services (marketing mix, business plan…), CRM et connaissance client, stratégie digitale et multicanale,
  
  

• Stratégies de croissance et de performance : études prospectives, diversification d’activités, modélisation financière,
  
  

• Management des Systèmes d’Information : schémas directeurs SI, études d'opportunité et de faisabilité (« business case »), benchmark et choix de solutions, accompagnement dans la mise en œuvre.
  
  

Vous serez également amené(e) à vous impliquer dans la vie interne du cabinet, autour de différents sujets :

• Le développement ou le renforcement de nos offres au travers de formations, de groupes de travail, de diffusion de supports internes et externes,

• Le développement de nouvelles opportunités au travers de réponses aux appels d’offres et de propositions commerciales,

• La politique de publication de l’équipe (rédaction d’articles, décryptage…).
  
  

Bientôt diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieur, de commerce, ou d’une grande université, vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience dans le conseil, dans le secteur de l'énergie ou dans les stratégies durables et la décarbonation des activités (stage ou premier emploi).

Vos missions

Bras droit du Directeur des opérations France sur les sujets réglementaires et contractuels, vos responsabilités s'articulent autour de deux piliers majeurs :

1. Pilotage du service client & gestion des litiges à enjeux

• Leadership de proximité : encadrement, suppléance et accompagnement d'une collaboratrice expérimentée ; structuration du pilotage de l'activité, anticipation des pics de charge et gestion des escalades complexes.
• Gestion des réclamations à fort enjeu : prise en charge des dossiers sensibles en lien avec les services juridique et commercial ; négociation de solutions équilibrées préservant la relation client.
• Protection de la valeur économique : évaluation rigoureuse des impacts financiers (réclamations, résiliations anticipées, pénalités contractuelles, exposition mark-to-market…) et recommandations stratégiques pour sécuriser la marge.

2. Expertise & pilotage de la stratégie réglementaire

• Veille réglementaire active : suivi des dispositifs clés du marché français (post-ARENH, VNU, Mécanisme de capacité, ETS2, CPB, CEE…) et traduction en recommandations opérationnelles et stratégiques.
• Représentation & relations institutionnelles : appui aux échanges avec la CRE et contribution active à la représentation de l'entreprise au sein d'associations professionnelles (AFIEG notamment).
• Référent interne transverse : pôle d'expertise pour les équipes opérationnelles (Metz) et pour les fonctions support basées au Luxembourg

Formation & expérience

Nous sommes ouverts à différents parcours, à condition d'une appétence démontrée pour les enjeux des marchés de l'énergie, par exemple :

• Niveau bac+5 orientation économie avec appétence réglementaire,
• Niveau bac+5 à orientation juridique avec goût pour les chiffres et l'économie de l'énergie,
• École de commerce avec expérience pertinente en environnement réglementé ou secteur de l'énergie,
• …

En outre, vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience réussie (3 à 7 ans) dans le secteur de l'énergie ou dans un environnement réglementaire complexe (utilities, infrastructures, finance régulée…).

Electrical Engineer - multiple locations

Satport is seeking a Civil Structural Engineer to design and deliver ground network infrastructure supporting satellite and communications operations in GEO, MEO and LEO orbits. The role focuses on antenna foundations, equipment bases, cable routes, buried services, utility infrastructure, and associated civil works within secure, mission-critical environments.

The successful candidate will develop safe, resilient, and high-availability structural solutions, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure infrastructure meets operational, regulatory, and program requirements. Strong technical capability combined with practical site experience in the SatCom world is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and validate electrical systems including AC/DC power distribution, UPS and battery backup, standby generators, automatic transfer switches (ATS) and low/high voltage systems for satellite ground station facilities
• Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and technical documentation
• Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical components and subsystems
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and industry standards
• Support installation and commissioning of electrical systems at ground stations or project sites
• Collaborate with mechanical, RF, and software engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for system faults or failures
• Support procurement by evaluating technical specifications of electrical components and vendors
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

• Proven experience in ground infrastructure, especially during the build phase of the program (heavy foundations, equipment supports, utilities)
• Relevant experience in electrical system design, industrial systems, for ground infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of power systems, grounding, protection systems, and control systems
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar)
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, or industrial automation is preferred
• Understanding of EMI/EMC principles (especially relevant in telecom/satellite environments
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and international standards
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive the execution of our growth strategy in the Projects sector across the DACH region.

This role is focused on developing brand presence and awareness, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and proactively driving business opportunities within strategic verticals.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a complex environment, react quickly to opportunities, and establish trusted relationships with architects, engineering consultants, end-users, and partners. A strong background in specification/prescription sales is essential for this position.
