Role and Responsibilities

Vi söker dig som är tekniker inom data/digitala hjälpmedel, har pedagogisk inriktning eller annan utbildning i kombination med erfarenhet som bedöms relevant för uppdraget. Habiliteringen är en specialistverksamhet som ger stöd till barn, ungdomar och vuxna med funktionsnedsättningar och deras anhöriga. Vi arbetar i tvärprofessionella team där det ingår arbetsterapeut, kurator, logoped, läkare, psykolog, fysioterapeut/sjukgymnast, sjuksköterska och specialpedagog. Hos oss finns också medicinska sekreterare och en tekniker. Habiliteringen arbetar gentemot hela södra Kalmar län och är lokaliserade på Länssjukhuset i Kalmar. Vi är ca 40 anställda.

Om tjänsten

I den här rollen kommer du att vara en nyckelperson i utvecklingsprojekt kopplade till våra närsjukhus, företrädelsevis Dalens sjukhus och Jakobsbergs sjukhus.

Fokus ligger nu på förstudie och behovsanalys, där du tillsammans med teamet arbetar nära hyresgäster och Region Stockholm för att definiera rätt lösningar inför kommande projekt.

Utbildning

About the Role

Spencer Ogden is supporting a leading energy service organisation in Sweden in the search for an Engineering Project Manager to support gas turbine overhaul and maintenance activities on a 12-month contract.

This is a technically focused role within a dynamic engineering team responsible for sales support and execution of maintenance projects across gas turbine overhauls, technical support, and spare parts services.

You will play a key role in preparing technical scopes for upcoming gas turbine overhauls, supporting proposal development, and contributing to the delivery of maintenance projects in collaboration with project managers and field service teams.

The position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams in an international environment while further developing your expertise in rotating equipment, turbine maintenance, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prepare technical scopes for gas turbine overhauls, repairs, and spare parts
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the sales team
• Coordinate site activities including tooling, instrumentation, spare parts, and consumables required for maintenance outages
• Recommend modifications, improvements, and service updates to enhance performance, reliability, and availability

Som arbetsledare i Halland har du en central roll och du arbetar med att säkerställa att projektet följer tidsplan och budget, du koordinerar underentreprenörer och egen personal samtidigt som du säkerställer att arbetet utförs enligt gällande säkerhetsföreskrifter. Du planerar och leder de dagliga arbetsuppgifter på ett projekt tillsammans med en platschef. Brixly arbetar mot såväl privata som kommunala beställare, hos oss kan det handla om såväl större som mindre projekt. 

DIN PROFIL 

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har minst 3 års erfarenhet från en liknande roll, men viktigast av allt är din inställning och din personlighet. Du har en bred byggkunskap i ryggen och erfarenhet av att leda de dagliga arbetsuppgifterna på ett projekt i samråd med en platschef. Som person är du lösningsorienterad och drivs av att arbeta i ett team. De administrativa delarna av rollen ser du som en självklarhet precis som säkerhet på arbetsplatsen vilket du prioriterar och sätter främst i dina projekt. Som den vana relationsbyggare du är har du självklart alltid ett personligt bemötande och affärsmässigt tänk när du träffar kunder och samarbetspartners till Brixly. 

God datorvana och erfarenhet från branschens olika system, körkort samt goda kunskaper i svenska är ett krav. 

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid. Din arbetsplats växlar mellan aktuella projekt och vår verksamhet i Halland utgår från vårt kontor i Halmstad.

About the role

The Workplace Experience team (WorkplaceX) enables our client’s employees to do their best work by delivering an inspiring and frictionless workplace. We are looking for an outstanding Workplace Interior Designer to join their Design & Build team that transforms our offices globally.

Design Strategy

• Work closely with and support the Workplace Design Lead with improvements and documentation of our design strategies.
• Update and evolve internal guidelines and standards for Workplace Design & Build projects.

What you'll do

• Produce spatial test fits both independently and with direction from the Workplace Design Lead, working on new locations for office space showing initial program requirements. You will help to produce due diligence reports to support the Real Estate team for commercial office fit-outs to aid the evaluation of building choice thoroughly.
• Produce documents such as a program of requirements for new offices, incorporating interview and survey notes from local and global stakeholders, assisting Workplace Build project teams in preparing and delivering effective and persuasive presentations to internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with our internal project managers on project support and design input, and with our external architects, consultants and contractors.
• Contribute to the team focusing on construction and delivery of projects, supporting with development of design information.
• As part of the Workplace Design & Build team you will aid in ensuring design quality through the design phases and construction process while assisting project managers in managing design change effectively by understanding requirements clearly.
• Produce plans based on existing offices to optimize space and enable efficient layouts.
• Be able to design small design packages, working with our design lead and project managers to understand needs, being able to produce construction drawings and specifications with coordination of MEP.
• Produce design presentations to outline design solutions and gain buy‑ins from various stakeholders across the organization.

Continuous Improvements

• Look for opportunities to increase efficiencies and speed up processes across the Design & Build process and assist local offices to define areas for improvement projects with drawings and specification of suitable furniture.
• Produce plans based on existing offices to optimize space and enable more efficient layouts.

Who you are

• Experienced: 5+ years of meaningful work experience within an Interior architectural or Architectural Practice, working with commercial and office fit‑out with a good understanding of the design process including cost‑effective design.
• Technical: Proficient in drawing & presentation programs such as Archicad, Autocad and Indesign, Photoshop, etc. Able to produce interior test fits, detail drawings and joinery drawings independently.
• Global Mindset: Experience working in a variety of countries, enjoys working within an international team.
• Problem solver: Strong design abilities and proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Communicator: Proficient in spoken and written English with the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
