Scopo della posizione

La risorsa svolgerà le attività relative al reperimento della documentazione e all’applicazione delle procedure in accordo con il Quality Assurance Manager.

Attività e Responsabilità

• Verifica l’applicazione delle Procedure Operative Standard della Quality Unit
• Effettua la stesura della documentazione Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Si occupa dell’archiviazione di tutta la documentazione

Dans le cadre de son développement, notre site de Moréac recherche un(e) alternant(e) Qualité / Food Safety afin d’accompagner le déploiement et l’amélioration de nos démarches qualité et sécurité des aliments.

Rattaché(e) à la responsable d'activité du site, vous participez activement au déploiement et à l’amélioration continue de notre système qualité.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

• Déployer sur le site les exigences des référentiels IFS Logistique et IFS Food, conformément aux directives transmises par le service Qualité de la filiale

• Participer au développement de la Food Safety Culture en contribuant à la formation et à la sensibilisation des équipes aux bonnes pratiques d’hygiène

• Travailler en collaboration avec la Responsable d’Exploitation et le service Qualité afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés par la Direction Groupe

• Assurer le suivi des plans d’actions SDA

• Réaliser des Visites Terrain Process (VTP)

• Effectuer les contrôles hygiène et veiller au respect des procédures par les opérateurs

• Participer à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des procédures et documents opérationnels

• Mettre à jour les documents qualité présents sur le terrain

• Contribuer à la rédaction de cahiers des charges

• Participer aux audits clients et audits de certification

Cette alternance vous permettra de développer une vision opérationnelle de la qualité au sein d’un environnement logistique exigeant et dynamique.

Vous préparez une formation dans le domaine de la qualité ou de la sécurité des aliments :

• Bac +2 à Bac +3 (Licence professionnelle Qualité / Agroalimentaire / QHSE) pour une alternance d’1 an,
  ou

• Master (Bac +4 / Bac +5) dans le cadre d’une alternance de 2 ans, idéalement avec un projet autour du référentiel IFS Food.

• Connaissances en qualité, hygiène et sécurité alimentaire

• Intérêt pour les référentiels et démarches d’amélioration continue

• Aisance avec les procédures et la documentation qualité

• Bon relationnel et facilité de communication avec les équipes opérationnelles

• Capacité à transmettre les bonnes pratiques

• Aisance sur le terrain et capacité à faire respecter les procédures

• Rigueur, esprit d’analyse et sens des responsabilités

• êtes garant de la démarche HACCP de l’usine (animation de l'équipe HACCP, mise à jour participative des études, formation des équipes, validation des CCPs / PrPos et des activités de vérification)
• animez et conduisez les démarches nécessaires à la certification FSSC22000 et à l’audit FSI (interne groupe Danone)
• déclinez les standards qualité et food safety du groupe en standard opérationnel usine, et vous vous assurez de leur bonne application.

• 5 ans d’expérience qualité et food safety en industrie agro-alimentaire, idéalement en laiterie
• Vous avez déjà déployé une démarche HACCP en impliquant les opérationnels,
• Vous connaissez le référentiel FSSC 22000
• Vous êtes en mesure de conduire des méthodes de résolution de problème sur des contaminations microbiologiques
• Vous possédez un leadership affirmé pour assurer un management transversal qui permette de développer la culture qualité et emporter l’adhésion de tous.
• Capacité à intégrer des standards exigeants, les déployer de façon pragmatique en leur donnant du sens sur le terrain
• Capacité à travailler en équipe, et vrai goût pour le travail sur le terrain, avec équipes opérationnelles
• Prise de décisions fondée sur une analyse de risque pertinente, priorisation dans la gestion des aléas

• La production des essais de formulation des nouvelles formes galéniques en développement (formes sèches, pâteuses, liquides et innovantes) sur les équipements laboratoire et pilote.
• La caractérisation des formes galéniques fabriquées (masse unitaire, désagrégation, friabilité, dureté, …) et l’évaluation du procédé à l’échelle du laboratoire (analyse de granulométrie, écoulement, densité, texture des mélanges).
• L’analyse microbiologique (dénombrement) de contrôle des produits en développement et la mise au point de nouvelles méthodes si la forme galénique le nécessite.
• L’analyse des formules à travers des études de stabilité.
• L’évaluation du procédé de fabrication à l’échelle industrielle par la caractérisation des échantillons usine.
• L’exploitation des résultats obtenus en rédigeant des synthèses et des comptes rendus.
