Wat ga je doen

De afdeling Quality Control van Bilthoven Biologicals B.V. (BBio) bestaat uit 4 laboratoriumafdelingen die vaccins, grondproducten, tussenproducten en media controleren. Een daarvan is Quality Control Chemie (QCC). Deze afdeling voert de chemische analyses uit op de aangeleverde samples.

Als Supervisor bij QC Chemie ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning en eerste aanspreekpunt op het moment van onverwachte situaties op de eigen afdeling. Maar jouw hulp kan ook ingeroepen worde vanuit een productie afdeling om mee te helpen een probleem op te lossen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken en de aansturing van een team dat bestaat uit circa 10 technicians. Met hen voer je functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken, waarbij er nooit verrassingen kunnen zijn, aangezien je goed in contact staat met jouw medewerkers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van een succesvol team met continue verbetering en efficiency van de laboratoriumprocessen. Het liefst opereer je vanaf de werkvloer zodat je een goed gevoel hebt voor de werkzaamheden van je team en een goed oog voor de naleving van gestelde eisen omtrent veiligheid en kwaliteit. Je ziet toe op een juiste vastlegging van gegevens omtrent analyses, laboratorium apparatuur en ruimtes. En indien nodig werk je mee aan de uitvoering van de geplande analyses.

• Ten minste 5 jaar relevante werkervaring op HBO/Master werk niveau binnen een farmaceutische omgeving;
• Ervaring in het motiveren en coachen van een team;

Quality Control:

Onze afdeling Quality Control (QC) is bij ons echt onderdeel van het primaire productieproces,

waarbij we verschillende laboratoriumafdelingen die vaccins, grondstoffen, tussenproducten

en media produceren, controleren en waar mogelijk verbeteren.

Bilthoven Biologicals is een internationaal biofarmaceutisch productiebedrijf.

Qualifications

Personal skills:

• Basic technical understanding of network infrastructure design, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM/SOAR.
• General understanding of UK/EU Data Protection Regulations, NIS2 Directive and other relevant regulations desirable.
• Hands‑on experience with modern cybersecurity tools, risk frameworks, and control standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
• Ability to assess technical environments and understand the implications of vulnerabilities, threats, and non‑compliance.

Education and/or experience:

• Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or another relevant field.
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in a cybersecurity, information security or related IT Control Functions role.
• Professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or similar) are highly desirable.
• Experience collaborating in international organisations or matrix environments is advantageous.

🔧 Requisitos técnicos mínimos

✔️ Experiencia mínima de 3 años como QA.

✔️ Postman para pruebas de APIs (colecciones, entornos, validaciones…).

✔️ 1–2 años de automatización con Karate Framework.

✔️ Experiencia en JavaScript y/o TypeScript. También se valora Java como alternativa.

✔️ Conocimientos sólidos en testing de APIs REST (contratos, payloads, códigos de estado, flujos…).

✔️ Conocimientos de arquitectura de microservicios y sistemas distribuidos.

✔️ Experiencia trabajando en metodologías Agile/Scrum.

⭐Requisitos mínimos

• Experiencia de al menos 1–2 años como QA.

📍 Condiciones del puesto

• Ubicación: Córdoba
• Horario:
• Lunes a jueves: 8:00–14:00 y 14:30–17:00
• Viernes: 8:00–14:00
• Julio y agosto: 8:00–15:00
• Teletrabajo: 30%.

• Acompanhar planos de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva no sistema Manusis, alinhados às metas de desempenho organizacional.
• Realizar análises de desvios operacionais e propor soluções para aumentar a confiabilidade e os resultados dos ativos.
• Monitorar e analisar indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs), garantindo a tomada de decisões baseada em dados.
• Elaborar relatórios gerenciais com diagnósticos precisos e recomendações estratégicas para a gestão.
• Promover a melhoria contínua dos processos por meio de metodologias como Lean, Six Sigma, entre outras.
• Mapear, redesenhar e automatizar fluxos de trabalho, aumentando a eficiência e a agilidade dos processos.

• Formação: Superior em Engenharia (Mecânica, Elétrica, Produção ou áreas correlatas) ou Administração, ou áreas correlatas.
• Experiência sólida em planejamento e gestão de manutenção, com foco em desempenho e eficiência de processos.
• Experiência no monitoramento e gestão de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs).
• Vivência com sistemas de gestão de manutenção (ex. Manusis)

• Proven experience performing web and backend testing including pre-release smoke tests and regression test execution.
• Experience creating clear defect reports and reproductions using test management tools.
• Ability to produce screenshots and videos to support defect tickets and test evidence.
• ISTQB Foundation certified is a plus.
• Interest or hands-on experience in QA automation with Cypress and TypeScript is a plus.
  
  

• Nucleic acid extraction of fresh/frozen, plasma and FFPE samples.
• Library preparation for NGS (Illumina-based), ddPCR, qPCR and RT-qPCR, etc.
• As well as assisting in the development of new applications in NGS for molecular profiling of cancer patients.
  
  

• Experience: At least 4 years of relevant laboratory experience in molecular biology and/or genomics techniques.

• Manter as máquinas em perfeito estado de conservação; Manter os kits dos diversos produtos limpos e em perfeito estado de utilização, identificando a necessidade de substituição e reparo dos mesmos;
• Garantir a Qualidade do produto ao longo da cadeia produtiva, realizando análises do produto acabado, e retrabalhos através das coletas de amostras nos equipamentos e nos pontos de amostragem estabelecidos garantindo o cumprimento do plano de qualidade. • Cumprir os procedimentos e instruções de trabalho assim como o preenchimento dos registros da área, check lists e planos de limpeza, reaperto e lubrificação;
