The Role

Operating on a full-time, permanent basis, you will report to the Claims Operations Lead. This role positions you at the heart of the business, collaborating regularly with both the broader claims team and underwriting personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering top-tier service to policyholders, ensuring precise logging of initial incident details at the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) stage.
• Driving early intervention strategies through proactive communication to settle cases efficiently and economically.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders (legal representatives, repair networks, loss adjusters) to mitigate lifecycle delays and control leakage, particularly concerning third-party hire and storage costs.
• Assessing policy coverage and determining fault through thorough preliminary desktop reviews.
• Driving equitable and professional settlement discussions with all relevant parties.
• Managing a dedicated portfolio of auto files from inception through to successful closure.
• Promptly escalating complex matters or shifting risk profiles to senior management to ensure appropriate handling.
• Maintaining accurate reserving and adhering to strict quality audits and internal service level agreements (SLAs).
• Supporting management with ad-hoc operational tasks as the department evolves.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: At least 24 months of proven experience managing auto/motor damage files.
• Qualifications: You hold a minimum of an APA qualification (or Grandfathered equivalent) and are ideally working toward your full CIP.
• Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of liability frameworks, regulatory compliance (including the Consumer Protection Code), general motor legislation, and core underwriting principles.

As a Cloud Security Engineer within the Cyber Engineering & Architecture function, this role owns the definition, governance and continuous improvement of our customer's cloud security posture across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services. This hands‑on role provides security architecture, standards and control governance for cloud platforms, ensuring secure‑by‑design patterns, guardrails and posture management that protect critical services and data while enabling rapid delivery. In addition to deep expertise in cloud security, the role holder is expected to collaborate and support with the wider Cyber Engineering team, supporting resilience in cyber domains, and creating an integrated strategy to protect applications, assets and data.

This is a hybrid role, so the successful candidate will be expected to attend the office in Dublin at least once a week.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in cloud security / cyber engineering roles.
• Proven hands‑on experience securing cloud environments using native security controls and patterns (IAM, networking, logging, encryption)
• Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), building compliance detection and enforcement policies, and remediation of cloud misconfigurations.
• Experience working with Cloud Operations teams to implement security standards via change and delivery processes.

Key responsibilities & duties include:

• Own cloud security policies, standards, secure‑by‑design architectures and baseline control requirements across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
• Define and govern cloud security posture management requirements and remediation workflows (including risk‑based prioritisation and exception handling).
• Establish secure cloud architecture patterns for network segmentation, IAM design, secrets management, encryption, key management and secure connectivity.
• Ensure cloud logging and monitoring requirements are defined and implemented to enable protective monitoring and incident investigation.
• Partner with Cloud Ops to embed automated guardrails and policy-as-code where appropriate, reducing manual control drift and enabling scale.
• Act as cloud security SME for incidents and high‑risk findings, supporting containment and root‑cause remediation.
• Provide security architecture reviews for new cloud services and significant changes, ensuring alignment to standards and enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with Cyber Defence to ensure cloud telemetry and detections are aligned with monitoring coverage and response playbooks.
• Contribute to cloud security awareness and enablement for delivery teams (secure patterns, anti‑patterns, and reusable blueprints).
• Support multi‑cloud risk assessments and third‑party SaaS security reviews where required.

Desirable skills:

• Exposure to Azure and GCP security controls and posture management concepts.
• Experience integrating cloud logs and signals into SIEM/SOC monitoring and supporting cloud incident response.
• Proven engineering and/or architecture experience in at least one other Cyber domain e.g. infrastructure security, network security, identity security

Job Title: Change Analyst (Post-Implementation & Adoption Support)

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Analyst to support the aftercare phase of a major technical implementation. This role will focus on user adoption, stakeholder engagement, training support, and continuous improvement following the rollout of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Post-Implementation & Hypercare Support

• Support the aftercare phase following system go-live, ensuring a smooth transition into business-as-usual.

We integrate with telephony providers, CRMs, ATS platforms, and internal enterprise systems to power AI agents that handle inbound calls, qualification flows, onboarding processes, support queries, and operational tasks.

The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineering Intern, you will work inside real enterprise deployments and ship production code that connects Whippy to customer systems.

You will operate at the intersection of APIs, telephony, databases, and AI workflows. This is not a research role and not a shadowing internship. You will build and debug real systems used by live customers.

This internship is designed as a pathway to a full-time Forward Deployed Engineer role.

What You’ll Do

• Build and extend API integrations with third-party systems (CRM, ATS, telephony, internal tools)

• Implement data flows between Whippy and external platforms

• Debug production issues involving webhooks, retries, and async workflows

• Improve logging, monitoring, and visibility across deployment systems

• Document integration architecture and deployment patterns

• Identify patterns across customer implementations and propose reusable improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science (completed or final year)

About the role

As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you'll design, build, and run AI solutions that make a real difference in day-to-day decision-making across the business. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on shipping AI into production, not prototypes.

You'll work across Python + Java microservices, LLM/RAG systems, vector search, and data pipelines, deploying to AWS (incl. Bedrock) and Azure (Azure AI Foundry). You'll partner closely with the Lead AI Solutions Engineer, platform engineers, analysts, and data teams to deliver scalable capabilities that are secure, observable, and maintainable.

The automation and systems specialist owns and improves the “connective tissue” of the organization: automations, integrations, and the reliable flow of data between systems (Salesforce, Academy/LMS, Member portal, Microsoft 365, finance/HR tools). You will drive a multi-cloud platform/infrastructure (mainly Azure/GCP) and Backend Engineering (Python/FastAPI). The team heavily uses AI agents and other tooling to move efficiently, while maintaining a strong focus on system quality and maintainability.

What You’ll Do

Backend & Platform Engineering

• Own and evolve backend architecture for a distributed systems
• Build backend services using Python, FastAPI, and relational databases
• Design APIs, background processing, and job orchestration
• Implement secure and scalable data flows

Infrastructure & Deployment

• Build systems that run across multiple environments (Azure/GCP and private setups)
• Ensure logical separation between customer environments
• Design identity, networking, and service integrations
• Maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or similar tools

Operations & Reliability

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Implement logging, metrics, and tracing

Technical

• Significant experience in Platform/Backend engineering
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture
• Proficient in Python backend development with FastApi
