Executive Officer
THE ROLE
The Courts Service is currently seeking people to join their team as Court Registrars within the Family, Criminal, and Civil court offices. Being a Court Registrar offers a unique insight into the running of the Irish courts system. This role presents dynamic and fulfilling challenge where each day brings new experiences.
The role of Court Registrar is key to the efficient running of the court and requires good organisation skills. As the official record keeper for the Court, this includes providing support pre-court, in-court and post-court to the Judge and the parties.
The Registrar is the key link between the Court Office and the Court. The Court Registrar is responsible for communication between all parties, feeding back on issues and working with their office team to ensure the administration of Justice.
Teamwork is a key feature of this role. In this role, you will gain invaluable exposure to court practice and procedure, legislation, litigation, and decision making.
In some offices Court Registrars will manage staff. This will include assigning tasks, probation, performance management and training and development.
The experience gained as a Court Registrar is transferable and beneficial to a fulfilling and rewarding career within the Courts Service.
The post will primarily be located in Clonmel Court Office and work is performed on site. There is no hybrid or remote working. On occasion you may be expected to travel to other court offices.
Key Responsibilities
Attend court as Registrar and is responsible for all associated court work. Such work includes drawing and perfecting enforceable Court Orders & warrants, making accurate written notes of daily court proceedings in a timely and efficient manner and with a high degree of accuracy.
Networking and liaising with Court stakeholders including, the Judiciary, An Garda Siochana, the Prison Service, members of the legal profession and members of the public in the provision of an efficient user-friendly service.
Provide support to the judiciary in the daily management of a wide variety of lists and hearings.
Maintain the record of Court outcomes. This information is essential for the effective management of court records, to advise court users and to support provision of management information and statistics, which all supports the administration of justice.
Operate all courtroom technology including Videolink, Video Conferencing and Digital Audio Recording (DAR) within the court room when required.
Administer the oath to witnesses, interpreters and juries.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Courts Service Modernisation Programme and contribute to its growth. This will include:
- attending workshops,
- being a member of project groups,
- carry out stakeholder engagement, service design, testing.

Essential Requirements:
On the closing date of 12 March 2026 candidates must have:
- Be at least 18 years of age on or before the closing date.
- Fulfil the Citizenship requirements,
- Ensure that they meet the criteria regarding Public & Civil Service Redundancy/III Health Retirement Schemes.
- Possess a Leaving Certificate at Level 4 or above; or hold a minimum Level 4 qualification, major or minor award on the National Framework of Qualifications; or
- Be serving as a Civil Servant with at least two years’ service or
- Have 3+ years demonstrated experience in a customer facing role in an unrelated field or
- Have 2+ years in a related field or
- Have 1+ years experience working in the Courts Service.
Relevant knowledge and skills to undertake the duties of the position, including a strong command of the English language and the ability to:

- Daily supervision of on-line QMS system checks and procedures conducted by operations team
- Daily completion of the QA Supervisor check-sheet
- Ensuring the completion and logging of all CCP and PC checks by operations and appropriately addressing any out of limits/parameters. Verification of CCP/PC checks
- Microbiological sampling/booking and the reserving of bulk samples

- Non-conformance reporting & corrective action implementation
- On the floor personal hygiene training, QC skills training for operators, relevant food safety & CCP/PC training for relevant operators as requested

- Monitor product date coding for compliance to prescribed shelf-life and customer specific shelf life into depot

What This Role Means For You
As a Sr. Salesforce DevSecOps Engineer for Connected Logistics, you will own the stability, integrity, and security of the program’s multi-environment CI/CD pipeline and cloud infrastructure. You will work directly with the Technical Leadership and Development Team to ensure secure, compliant, audit-ready releases across IL-4 environments.
You will serve as the subject matter expert for Azure DevOps, deployment governance, environment configuration, cybersecurity remediation, and pipeline troubleshooting. This role is essential to enabling rapid, safe, and compliant delivery of mission-critical capabilities to the Army.
This role requires experience operating in secure, regulated environments with strict change control, disciplined documentation, and enterprise-grade system responsibility.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer AIE CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant deployments across Salesforce Dev, Integration, Test, Staging, production.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, configuration drift, and environmental issues across Salesforce and AWS-hosted components.
- Resolve AWS infrastructure issues impacting Salesforce or integrations, including logging, APIs, services, networking, and performance.
- Facilitate break-fix releases and urgent deployments without violating governance, traceability, or compliance requirements.
- Address cybersecurity findings by applying patches, completing STIG requirements, remediating ACAS/Nessus findings, and documenting all actions.
- Support SAST/DAST tooling (Checkmarx) and ensure vulnerabilities are validated, tracked, and remediated.
- Maintain environment parity, refresh schedules, and configuration governance across all Salesforce orgs and supporting AWS services.
- Collaborate with MuleSoft and integration teams to manage API gateway changes, environment connections, certificates, secrets, and secure token handling.
- Produce and maintain audit-ready documentation including deployment notes, configuration records, STIG checklists, remediation artifacts, and pipeline diagrams.
- Serve as the DevSecOps SME during sprint planning, reviews, and refinement, advising on deployment feasibility, sequencing, and technical risk.
- Ensure all DevSecOps work complies with DoD cybersecurity requirements, IL4 controls, and Connected Logistics quality and governance standards.
Experience & Background
- MUST have cloud-based, Impact Level (IL)-4 Salesforce-powered platform built to replace multiple legacy recruiting systems.
- Minimum 10 years of DevSecOps or environment administration experience supporting enterprise systems.
- Prior experience operating within DoD, federal, IL4/IL5, or other regulated secure environments, including adherence to auditing and governance requirements.
- Strong experience administering Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, variable groups, deployment sequencing, work item traceability).
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce deployments (metadata deployment patterns, SFDX/CLI, package troubleshooting).
- Experience troubleshooting AWS infrastructure, including logs, endpoints, authentication, integrations, and performance monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and remediate cybersecurity findings (ACAS, Nessus, STIGs).
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams collaborating with developers, testers, architects, MuleSoft, operations, and security to move controlled releases through gated environments.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, Git-based version control, environment governance, and branching strategies.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and maintain compliance artifacts required for audits, ATO upkeep, and quality reporting.
- Advanced CI/CD engineering using ADO Pipelines, including multi-stage deployments, secure configuration, artifact handling, and gated approvals.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce DevOps (SFDX/CLI, metadata management, dependency resolution, rollback strategy, multi-org deployment patterns).
- Strong Git proficiency with disciplined branching, pull requests, merge strategies, and code-quality gates.

This is a unique 12-month programme based on a permanent contract within UBP’s Wealth Management COO organization, with a mandate to deliver AI-enabled process improvements across our global WM operation. As a graduate, you will tackle complex challenges by leveraging advanced (AI) technologies and data analytics, focusing on real-world business cases that integrate GenAI and emerging technologies into front-to-back processes to enhance efficiency and quality. This multifaceted role offers opportunities in areas such as web application design, prompting, data analytics, business intelligence, and GenAI integration. Throughout the programme, you will be mentored by the Head of WM Reporting & Dashboards, based in Zurich, and supported through rotations across internal teams to provide a 360-view. The programme offers a
comprehensive learning experience, enabling you to gain valuable insights into the finance industry and develop essential skills for a successful career in private banking. You will join the COO Wealth Management organization, with your primary base in the WM Reporting & Dashboards Team located in Zurich.
1. AI enablement for Wealth Management processes
With the guidance of your line manager and subject-matter experts:
■ Identify, structure, and deliver high-impact use cases where GenAI and emerging technologies can improve efficiency, quality, and client experience across Wealth Management
■ Translate business needs into clear problem statements, success metrics, and delivery plans
■ Support the design and industrialisation of GenAI-enabled workflows (e.g., knowledge retrieval, summarisation, drafting, classification, decision support) aligned with internal controls and compliance standards

Requirements

(Candidates must have graduated within the past 12 months and should have no more than 12 months of professional work experience post-graduation as of the programme start date.)
■ Work Experience: Prior experience in banking, corporate business analytics, data/AI projects, or participation in workshops/bootcamps is a plus (internship are sufficient)
■ Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python is strongly preferred. Experience (or strong willingness to learn) JavaScript, basic web development, APIs, and version control systems is highly desirable

As an Engineering Intern - AI/Data, you will support the team across data pipelines, retrieval/search, and LLM-enabled product features. Depending on your strengths, you’ll go deeper in one area while still getting exposure to the full stack.
- Data pipelines: Help build and improve ingestion and processing pipelines (APIs, bulk imports, parsing, normalization).
- AI-ready structuring: Support chunking, metadata extraction, citation handling, labeling/tagging, and schema design so downstream AI works reliably.
