SOCOTEC Geotechnics is een ingenieursbureau gespecialiseerd in Geo- en milieutechniek. We voeren onderzoeken uit voor een breed scala aan bouwwerken, zoals funderingen van gebouwen, windturbines, bouwputten, infrastructuur, waterkeringen, bemalingen etc. We beschikken over de nodige onderzoekscapaciteit om grote en complexe projecten te uitvoeren, waaronder zelfs een eigen geotechnisch laboratorium. Ook zijn we gespecialiseerd in (complexe) geomonitoring. Op dit moment werken er zo’n 150 professionals bij SOCOTEC Geotechnics, die zijn verdeeld over de vestigingen in Rotterdam, Son en Breugel (Eindhoven), Almelo en Woubrugge.

Onze ingenieurs voeren werkzaamheden en adviezen uit op het gebied van geotechniek, bodemonderzoek, milieuonderzoek en monitoring. Wij beschikken over een eigen geotechnisch laboratorium waarmee wij de specifieke bodemeigenschappen van grondmonsters kunnen bepalen. Om deze werkzaamheden te kunnen uitvoeren beschikken wij over sondeerunits, boorunits en kleiner materieel

Tot de werkzaamheden behoren onder andere (het):

• Zelfstandig uitvoeren van mechanische en handboringen, het nemen van geroerde en ongeroerde grondmonsters en het installeren van diverse meetinstrumenten zoals peilbuizen, waterspanningsmeter en hellingmeetbuizen
• Zelfstandig uitvoeren van kleine landmeetwerkzaamheden
• Alle voorkomende werkzaamheden die van deze functie verwacht kunnen worden

• HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur in IT, Data, Informatica of vergelijkbaar)

Dit ga je doen

Bij DHL zetten we in op platform engineering in de breedste zin van het woord. We werken met 4 teams aan een platform op basis van Azure waarop 35 teams hun software ontwikkelen en draaien. We proberen de wensen en verwachtingen van onze (interne) klanten zo goed mogelijk te begrijpen en daarvoor het best mogelijke platform te bouwen. Hierbij benaderen we ons platform als een product wat we elke dag weer aan het verbeteren zijn. Binnen deze platformorganisatie kom je te werken in het Security & Access Management Engineering (SAMEN) team. Dit team focust zich op security tooling en Identity & Access Management. Tools waar je mee te maken krijgt zijn o.a. deployment tools, CI/CD, het Kubernetes platform (AKS), Azure, databases (PostgreSQL), Keycloak & Microfocus IG. Dit team is een relatief nieuw team waar je samen met 4 andere collega’s aan de slag gaat om je visie op dit domein uit te werken en ook daadwerkelijk vorm te gaan geven.

Concreet betekent dit dat je bezig bent met dingen als:

• Het bouwen en onderhouden van verschillende security en IAM tooling via Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Samenwerken met development teams om de tooling perfect te laten integreren in hun CI/CD strategie
• Development teams helpen bij het gebruik en de inrichting van de verschillende tools
• Uitwerken en uitdragen van de visie rondom architectuur en security richtlijnen
• Beheren en configureren van de IAM en security tooling
• Inrichten van monitoring, logging en alerting oplossingen ten behoeve van de applicaties
• Voortdurend evalueren en nieuwe technologieën, tools en best practices aannemen om het algehele DevOps-proces te verbeteren en de efficiëntie te vergroten.

We are expanding our Tech team with a Software Engineer based onsite in our office in Barcelona!

As a Software Engineer, you will design, build, and operate the backend systems that power Fast Track’s platform. Our infrastructure runs on AWS, orchestrated with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker, and leverages services such as Lambda, CloudFront, and Cloudflare for edge delivery and serverless workloads. Data is managed across MySQL, Amazon RDS Aurora, ClickHouse for analytics, and in-memory stores, including Amazon ElastiCache and MemoryDB. Observability is driven by Prometheus and Grafana, with OpenTelemetry being assessed as a future standard.

To be successful in the role, you will need a strong product mindset and enjoy working closely with real customers, and care deeply about building systems that last.

Your responsibilities as a Software Engineer at Fast Track would include:

As our Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll build the DevOps function from the ground up. You’ll lead the initial setup of our DevOps and platform engineering practices, define standards and infrastructure strategy

Job Description:

· Operate and enhance the Snowflake platform across multiple clouds (Azure, AWS)

Context

Stiamo cercando un Full Stack Developer Freelance altamente qualificato, con solida esperienza in Angular e Spring Boot. La risorsa lavorerà all’interno di un team tecnico dinamico, contribuendo alla progettazione, implementazione e manutenzione di applicazioni web moderne e scalabili.

Responsabilità principali

• Sviluppare applicazioni web performanti e responsive utilizzando Angular.
• Progettare e implementare servizi backend con Spring Boot.
• Integrare front-end e back-end tramite API REST.
• Gestire il versioning del codice tramite Git (branching, merge, pull request).
• Partecipare a code review e garantire l’adozione di best practice, design pattern e standard di sicurezza.
• Collaborare con il team per la gestione e il mantenimento di pipeline CI/CD.
• Risolvere problemi e ottimizzare le applicazioni esistenti per migliorarne performance e scalabilità.

Competenze richieste

• Esperienza comprovata come Full Stack Developer con Angular (componenti, moduli, servizi, RxJS) e Spring Boot (REST API, sicurezza, integrazione database).
• Ottima conoscenza di Git, incluso GitFlow, risoluzione conflitti e code review.
• Conoscenza dei processi di CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps o simili).
• Familiarità con database relazionali (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Capacità di problem-solving, attenzione ai dettagli e autonomia operativa.
• Italiano (madrelingua) obbligatorio; inglese livello B2 preferibile.

Competenze aggiuntive (Nice to Have)

• Esperienza con containerizzazione (Docker).
• Conoscenza di strumenti di logging e monitoring.

We are now looking for experienced Microsoft developers with a passion for developing software, learning new skills and business and applying them into the work, possessing strong problem-solving skills. The purpose of this new team will be to complement the existing team working on our ERP Agency system, enriching its functionality and developing new modules as it is deployed worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance, design and development of complex computer software for well-established ocean carrier
• Ability to design software from requirements, apply best software development practices, and develop good quality software
• Ability to participate in technical discussions with team members, take ownership of software components from design to delivery, debugging skills

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or IT related certification. Master’s degree in computer science a plus
• 3 years or more of application development experience with strong business process optimization expertise
• C#, .NET Framework (All areas including, WPF, WinForms, Serialization, Reflection, Security, ADO.NET, multi-threading, Entity Framework)
• Very strong SQL Server developer skills: Understanding SQL Server and SQL server programming such as but not limited to stored procedure, user defined functions, tables, indexes (and their types), views
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals with problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
• Ability to implement and continually improve efficiencies in the product development process
• Experience with designing, developing and implementing EDI solutions
• Fluency in English
