What You Will Do

Trility Consulting is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to support a cybersecurity program transition to a new Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP).

This is a hands-on engineering engagement embedded within an existing Trility delivery team.

You will focus on implementing security tool integrations, redirecting telemetry and log flows, and ensuring operational readiness across on-prem and cloud environments. The ideal consultant can step into an active program, collaborate effectively, and drive execution with minimal ramp-up time.

This is a remote 1099 position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and integrate security tooling across a number of cybersecurity sub-workstreams
• Execute configuration updates to redirect logs, telemetry, and security data feeds to the new MSSP
• Coordinate with the MSP on endpoint agent deployments and related technical dependencies
• Validate integrations and ensure consistent security visibility across on-prem and cloud environments (outside the CMMC boundary)
• Support development of operational SOPs, playbooks, and integration documentationIdentify integration risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies based on hands-on experience
• Provide technical input during MSSP-related decision points, including tooling compatibility and architecture considerations
• Collaborate closely with Trility team members, client IT stakeholders, MSP, and MSSP partners to ensure smooth transition and stabilization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or security operations roles
• Hands-on experience deploying and integrating enterprise security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, logging/telemetry platforms, endpoint agents, log forwarding pipelines, MSSP onboarding integrations)
• Experience supporting MSSP transitions or working in environments with outsourced security operations
• Strong understanding of log forwarding, telemetry routing, and security platform integrations
• Experience working across hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud)
• Ability to execute configuration changes independently within active production environments
• Experience creating or contributing to operational documentation and runbooks
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively within a cross-functional consulting team

• Daily walk around- Visually verify all equipment is functioning properly around the plant: compressors (16), air compressors (3), tunnels where fries are frozen (2), spiral fryers (2), cold storage (3), boilers, etc.
• Small repairs– The operator may complete small repairs such as draining oil, fixing leaks requiring the use of small hand tools such as pipe wrenches, etc.
• Log checks- The operator completes the log every 2-hours. This includes checking specific items such as temperature, pressure, water levels, etc.
• Monitoring- Must monitor various pressures, temperatures, flows, levels, various sensors, acknowledge alarms associated with the equipment.
• Preventive maintenance could include, but is not limited to, checking pumps, motors, belts, strainers, and do work on parts requiring replacing, taking apart, etc.
• The operator must dust the compressors (1-hr/week), mop floors (approx. 45 min)
• All employees have an obligation to report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate corrective action.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of the WA component of the Green Sheep Project, which will examine the environmental impact of sheep within broadacre farming systems across the WA Wheatbelt.

This role suits someone with a strong scientific or technical background who enjoys turning data into action. You will design and deliver the project, work directly with farmers and supply chain partners, synthesise new and existing data, and communicate outcomes clearly to funders and industry.

You will be responsible for meeting milestones, managing budgets, coordinating stakeholders and producing high quality technical reporting. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage complexity, meet deadlines and deliver results. The role will be part of the National Green Sheep Team with other participants located in New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania.

• Ensuring functional excellence by coordinating and deploying the Finance Strategic Plan in alignment with the corporate strategy, defining strategic priorities and shaping the project portfolio accordingly, and managing finance projects by overseeing their execution and monitoring strategic performance.

Job Description

We are looking for “Ford Trucks Unit Prototype Build Engineer” who will work for Ford Trucks engine, transmission and further powertrain development programs, within the scope of “Ford Trucks VEV Unit Prototype Build & Test CoE Team.” Under FORD OTOSAN's "Being Turkey's most valuable and preferred industrial company" vision and in line with company's goals and policies, design verification and test responsibilities are belonged to this role. Role will especially have opportunity to participate to Powertrain projects.

• Responsible for the coordination and execution of the all powertrain prototype build and teardown works of the R&D Test Center.

• Responsible for instrumentation works for powertrain units and data acquisition equipment to ensure accuracy of collected data, interpreting data to ensure proper operation of unit and test equipment.

• Responsible for determining all required measurement works for prototype units.

• Responsible for research and preparation of specifications for new prototype works.

• Responsible for the maintenance and writing procedures of all build and teardown activities.

• Understanding of all operations including testing practices.

• Develop a test and validation build plan that meets standards and program requirements.

• Responsible for the safety of others in the work area.

• Support to project teams working on powertrain development, validation, and certification to meet performance, emission and DV (Design Verification) compliance.

• Continuously working with task force teams of powertrain systems engineering members for resolution of design concerns to define and implement permanent containment actions during incremental prototype phases of every new unit program.

• Responsible for end of line testing (i.e. hot test for engines) for all powertrain prototype units after build activities.

• Defining the facility requirements of R&D Test Center in order to ensure highest technology and best practice applications in testing systems.

• Studying generic procedures, engineering requirements & DVPs of lab. testing retrieved from Ford Standards Management System and identifies capabilities to make long term test plans regularly.

• Responsible for covering technical lead of the build operations, including relations with 3rd party service providers, planning and management of the resources, such as periodic maintenance, calibration, investment/launch works etc.

• Works with the team of technicians (blue collar) and test operators to carry out all aspects of prototype engineering.

• Gives technical direction and guidance to the staff in the operation (i.e preparation of fixtures, dynamic evaluations of the proto units), provide feedback, and develop technicians, helping them to improve operational efficiency & solving (control, instrumentation etc.) problems.

• Ensures that whole workstream under his/her responsibility is done in accordance with ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and Safety rules. Understands how the quality and environmental policies affect the function, implement these policies and maintain records.

• Coordinates budget preparation and sustainability of labs. & equipment periodical maintenance, calibrations or repairs when needed. Ensures that all labs. & equipment used adhere to the related calibration standard

• Manages 3rd party service options (create technical specifications, market research, cost & timing analysis, site visits etc) in order to support prototype build requirements.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in mechanical, mechatronic or electrical & electronics engineer.

• Basic knowledge about powertrain system basics, measurement technics and test measurement systems.

• Basic knowledge about vehicle systems (i.e.powertrain)

• Strong background in CAD programs (i.e. Catia) is a plus.

• Strong background in technical drawing and GD&T

• Basic experience with requirement, regulation documentation, compliance and generation
