Job Description

• Prototype Vehicle Build Team Member is a specialist, responsible from operating equipments & facilities as well as coordination of human resource in order to support E&TD prototype build throughout projects' related gateways.

• Responsibility covers technical lead of the build operations, including relations with 3rd party service providers, planning and management of the resources, such as periodic maintenance, calibration, investment/launch works etc.

• Basic KPI's are the delivery of the outputs (proto units, F4T supports) within : - project timelime, - forecasted budget and - operational quality.

• This divergent role includes with many aspects of learn & apply cycles, for component to system level testing of propulsion systems (i.e battery driven or ICE) & vehicles. Prototype & F4T requires deep vehicle / systems knowledge and assembly & diagnostics experience."

• Provides support for the preparation of workshops, implementation of engine/vehicle builds, sign-offs.

• Provides support in the selection of appropriate manufacturing techniques. Develops and applies new methods when neccessary.

• Identifies expertise, technical gaps and implements solutions to fulfill a variety of program needs (i.e Electric, Connected-Autonomous vehicles)

• Leads the requirements for sufficient prototype security on vehicles by planning security guidelines of prototype vehicles, designing & procuring camouflage materials to be applied on test vehicles (Unique to PPE)"

• Responsible of execution of DVPs and proto build phases as stated in the related documentation (i.e CETPS, Proto Health Charts, Assy instructions etc.)

• Works with the team of technicians (hourly paid) and drivers to carry out all aspects of prototype builds.

• Gives technical direction and guidance to the staff in the operation (i.e preparation of fixtures, vehicles/components assembly, dynamic evaluations of the proto units), provide feedback, and develop technicians, helping them to improve operational efficiency & solving (control, assy, instrumentation etc.) problems.

• Ensures that whole workstream under his/her responsibility is done in accordance with ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and Safety rules. Understands how the quality and environmental policies affects the function, implement these policies and maintain records.

• Coordinates budget preparation and sustainability of labs. & equipments' periodical maintenance, calibrations or repairs when needed. Ensures that all labs. & equipments used adhere to the related calibration standart (i.e advanced measurement & control devices to be inside the latest emission requlation limits)

• Manages 3rd party service options (create technical specifications, market research, cost & timing analysis, site visits etc) in order to support prototype requirements.

• Investigates new design verification & prototype manufacturing trends/opportunities/infrastructures/technologies/regulations etc., and prepares technical requirements, investment feasibility. Manages project coordination

Requirements

• Experience in delivery of program protype and test phases (TPV -> TDC / DCV -> PEC-FEC)

• Track record in facility management experience (H&S, periodic maintenance, investment & expenses etc.)

• Experience with resource planning and allocation within and across organizations

• Experience of GPDS processes and at least one program experience

• Preferably +2 years experience on a similar role in product development, design verification or quality environment

Education

BSc Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering

Job Description

As a highly analytical and strategic Electronic Systems Engineer to join our Heavy Commercial Vehicles division, you will take ownership of the electronic system architecture, ensuring seamless compatibility, safety, and performance across vehicle platforms. You will act as the technical authority for system, subsystem, and component-level decisions, guiding the engineering process from initial concept through to technical sign-off. By managing Functional Safety (FuSA) and Cyber Security assessments, managing Design Verification Plans (DVP), and driving robust problem-solving methodologies, you will ensure our products meet the highest industry standards. This is a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional technical execution and shape the software and electronic maturity of world-class commercial vehicles.

System Architecture & Requirements:

Take ownership of technical decision-making across system, subsystem, and component levels.

Define and own the architecture strategy and ensure overall system compatibility.

Establish engineering principles, design rules, standards, and technical guidelines.

Cascade system-level requirements down to component-level engineering targets.

Safety, Quality & Compliance:

Functional Safety (FuSA) and Cyber Security assessments, managing all related documentation.

Own the technical execution and content of Failure Mode Analysis (FMA) and Design FMEA (DFMEA).

Act as the Lead for homologation processes, including definition and compliance assessments.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:

Drive robust issue-solving processes and approve permanent engineering solutions.

Act as a core 8D Team Member and serve as the Deviations Approver from a system perspective.

Champion continuous improvement by systematically documenting and applying "Lessons Learned."

Validation, Testing & Diagnostics:

Drive System Level Validation activities across all phases: Breadboard (BB), Yellowboard (YB), Bench, and Vehicle testing.

Own the engineering verification logic for failure scenarios, including DVP (Design Verification Plan), EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), and technical sign-off intent.

Oversee Design Verification (DV) and Production Verification (PV) evaluations.

Manage diagnostics specifications and oversee overall Software Management and Software Maturity processes.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control & Automation, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions and alogrithmic thinking capability.

• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer in the Automotive industry preferably.

• Familiarity with power electronics, electronic components, circuit analysis, and microcontroller architectures.

• Basic knowledge of LIN, CAN, Automotive Ethernet communication.

• An Automotive Engineering background with electrical/electronics engineering knowledge is a plus

• Understanding of control modules, systems, and OTA/FOTA (Over-The-Air) update concepts

• You will work to develop and qualify new Opportunities for AVEVA Sales . This will involve both working on Inbound leads created via Marketing campaigns and leads created via your own research and Outbound prospecting.

Job Description:

• Support the manager in planning and implementing production method studies and process improvement activities,
• Coordinate the implementation of lean production techniques such as Kanban, Levelling, Heijunka, Cell Production, Single Piece Flow, 5S, VSM, PDCA, SMED, etc. in the field,

This role is pivotal in managing Hayat's global supply chain planning. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various functions at all levels. Responsibilities

• Coordinate Planning and Analysis: Oversee planning efforts and analyze existing materials, finished goods and new product launches across our global manufacturing network.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Purchaser with hands-on electronics sourcing experience who is confident operating independently and comfortable navigating supply uncertainty.

This role is focused on owning key component categories and ensuring supply continuity across active production and NPI programs.

You will work closely with Engineering, Planning, and Operations to balance cost, lead time, and risk — particularly in electronics-driven environments where allocation cycles and seasonal shortages are real considerations.

What You'll Do

Own Key Electronics Categories

• Manage sourcing of electronic components such as semiconductors, ICs, RAM, SoCs, PCB/PCBA, connectors, and related assemblies.
• Evaluate cost, MOQ, and lead-time trade-offs before PO commitment.
• Identify potential single-source or long lead-time exposure within your portfolio.

Navigate Supply Volatility

• Monitor market signals such as lead-time shifts, allocation risk, and demand swings.
• Work with Planning to align buying strategy with forecast changes.
• Support mitigation actions during seasonal shortages or constrained supply conditions.

Execute with Technical Discipline

• Validate BOM revisions, part numbers, and AVL alignment prior to PO release.
• Ensure ERP accuracy for lead times, MOQs, and supplier data.
• Coordinate with Engineering during NPI and revision changes to minimise rework and excess inventory.

Manage Supplier Performance

• Track on-time delivery and lead-time adherence.
• Support structured supplier discussions when performance deviates.
• Escalate risks early to prevent production disruption.

Contribute to Process Improvement

• Identify recurring issues in purchasing workflows.
• Suggest improvements in data hygiene and execution discipline.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of procurement experience in electronics or hardware manufacturing.
• Direct experience sourcing electronic components (PCB, PCBA, semiconductors, ICs, RAM, SOCs, connectors, etc.).
• Familiarity with industry dynamics such as semiconductor allocation cycles, seasonal shortages, and component lifecycle risks.
• Understanding of BOM structures, revision control, and NPI processes.
• Experience working with EMS or contract manufacturers is advantageous.
• Comfortable negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
• Strong ERP discipline (NetSuite or similar preferred).
• Independent, resourceful, and able to operate with minimal supervision.

We are seeking an NPI Engineer to bridge product development and manufacturing, and driving new sports-technology products from conception through launch. You will serve as the primary interface across embedded, hardware, firmware, algorithms, software, suppliers, and factory operations - delivering products that are technically sound, manufacturable at scale, on budget, and on schedule.

• Partner with the Product Owner to shape product roadmaps and translate decisions into clear engineering and manufacturing deliverables.

• Conduct periodic controls assessments across process areas in scope. Raise any non-compliance, and follow up of the corrective actions until closure.
• Liaise with global and local IT control areas to ensure their certification is timely and appropriate.
