A leading global investment bank is seeking to hire an Investment Analyst (2–3 years’ experience) into its Infrastructure & Renewables M&A team in London. The team advises sponsors, corporates, and strategic investors across the energy transition and core infrastructure landscape, with a strong focus on mid- to large-cap transactions across Europe.

Role Overview

The Analyst will play a core execution role on live M&A and financing mandates, working closely with Associates, VPs, and senior bankers. Responsibilities will span transaction execution, financial analysis, and client-facing deliverables across a broad range of infrastructure and renewables subsectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial modelling (3-statement, DCF, LBO, project-level cash flow models) and valuation analysis

Candidate Profile

• Monitor the TSR's appointments, diaries, schedules, and time by effective planning of call, travel and meetings

• Work closely with the SM to agree & deliver short-term targets
• Ensure training requirements are planned, completed, and coordinated
• Feedback to the SM on area performances enabling insightful & progressive discussions
• Provide recovery plans for areas where revenue is behind budget
• Ensure all TSR's & sale support holiday allocations are coordinated
• Participate in interviews for new TSR's or sales support.
• Escalate any issues to SM you feel are impacting the day-to-day performance of the TSR's.
• Discuss any exceptional performance issues of TSR's with your line manager.

• Own the development and management of all QA/QC documentation across Fuse's construction projects, ensuring consistent quality standards from design through commissioning

Interv_l have been retained on a confidential search for an exciting EV & Grid Connections client.

Our client is a rapidly scaling infrastructure business operating at the intersection of EV charging, grid connection and large-scale energy delivery. Backed by significant investment and entering a critical phase of national expansion, the business is now looking to appoint a senior operational leader to help scale delivery capability across the UK.

Due to the strategic nature of the appointment, the company is being kept confidential at this stage of the process.

The Opportunity

This role will sit at the heart of the organisation’s delivery engine, responsible for building operational capability, improving delivery performance and scaling infrastructure programmes nationally.

You will work closely with the executive team to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and at pace across a growing portfolio of EV charging and grid-connected infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead national delivery of EV charging and electrical infrastructure programmes
• Build and scale operational teams across project management, delivery and engineering
• Drive improvements in programme delivery, supply chain performance and project governance
• Manage large-scale infrastructure deployment across multi-site national rollouts
• Collaborate with development, commercial and technical teams to ensure projects are designed for delivery
• Oversee contractor performance across civils, electrical installation and grid connection works
• Implement processes and systems that enable scalable, repeatable infrastructure deployment
• Ensure operational delivery meets safety, regulatory and commercial targets
• Management of profit and loss

What We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in speaking with senior leaders who have experience delivering infrastructure within:

• EV charging networks
• ICP / IDNO / electrical infrastructure
• Grid connections (LV / HV)
• Utilities or energy infrastructure
• Renewable or power distribution projects

Typical backgrounds might include:

• Head of Operations / Operations Director
• Head of Delivery / Programme Director
• Head of Civils / Construction Director
• Senior Infrastructure Delivery Leader

Experience managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams and large contractor networks will be essential.

HSQE Advisor (Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental)

Location: Edern Depot & Caernarfon Depot (and other associated sites)

Position: Full Time / Permanent

We are looking for an organised, proactive HSQE Advisor to support the effective delivery of our Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) standards across the GTW Group. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in health & safety who wants to develop their skills in a hands-on, supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing

·        Supporting the reporting and logging of incidents, near misses and hazards.

·        Assisting with investigations and maintaining accurate HSQE records.

·        Carrying out and supporting site and depot inspections.

·        Tracking corrective actions and helping prepare audit-ready documentation.

·        Coordinating training records, inductions and toolbox talks.

·        Helping produce HSQE reports, data summaries and performance metrics.

·        Contributing to continuous improvement and promoting a strong safety culture.

What we’re looking for

·        Experience in a health & safety, HSQE or compliance admin/support role (essential).

·        IOSH Managing Safely (essential); NEBOSH Certificate (desirable).

·        Strong organisational, communication and documentation skills.

·        Confident using Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.

·        Calm under pressure and able to multitask effectively.

·        A positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.

·        Full UK driving licence (essential).

·        Knowledge of ISO45001/ISO9001 or telecoms/utilities environments is an advantage.

Overview

We are seeking a Lead Process Operations Engineer to join Yanbu Refinery Engineering Division (YRED).

Yanbu Refinery Engineering Division is responsible for providing technical leadership and engineering support across all refinery operations to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient design, operation, and modification of process units and systems. The department oversees process, mechanical, and chemical engineering activities, including the development and implementation of engineering standards, technical specifications, and asset integrity programs. It collaborates closely with maintenance, inspection, and operational teams to support equipment reliability, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your primary role is to bridge the gap between engineering design and operational execution, ensuring that refinery processes run efficiently, reliably, and safely. This role involves applying engineering principles to real-time operations, supporting continuous improvement, troubleshooting process inefficiencies, and optimizing unit performance. You will collaborate closely with process engineers, operations teams, maintenance planners, and technical support units to ensure that design intent is maintained during day-to-day operations, and that any deviations or performance gaps are addressed through technical analysis and engineering solutions. By integrating process knowledge, operational feedback, and engineering tools, the specialist plays a key role in enhancing unit throughput, reducing energy consumption, improving product yields, and supporting asset integrity, all while aligning with safety, environmental, and Aramco operational excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to the Operations Engineering team, ensuring alignment with refinery performance targets, reliability goals, and safety standards.
• Lead process optimization initiatives across multiple units, identifying and implementing engineering-driven improvements in throughput, energy efficiency, and product yield.
• Oversee the development and execution of engineering strategies that support turnarounds, shutdowns, capacity expansions, and process modifications.
• Act as the primary engineering authority during process upsets, equipment failures, or performance deviations, ensuring timely, data-driven, and technically sound resolution.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration between operations, maintenance, process engineering, and technical support teams to enhance asset integrity, operational flexibility, and system reliability.
• Lead or participate in HAZOP studies, PHA reviews, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement best practices, engineering standards, and digital tools to enhance operational discipline, predictive capabilities, and decision support systems.
• Provide technical oversight and approval for equipment modifications, process changes, and scope definitions to ensure alignment with design intent and operational feasibility.
• Mentor and develop high-potential engineers and specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and professional growth.
• Represent the Operations Engineering function in strategic reviews, project governance forums, and corporate improvement programs, ensuring that operational insights and engineering rigor are integrated into decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

A successful candidate would have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering from a recognized and accredited university; Master’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in refining, petrochemical, or industrial operations, with a strong track record of technical leadership and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated expertise in refinery process systems, including crude distillation, catalytic reforming, hydrotreating, sulfur recovery, and utilities integration.
• In-depth knowledge of process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Petro-SIM), data analytics platforms, and other systems.
• Strong understanding of process safety management (PSM), HAZOP studies, risk-based maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams, managing complex cross-functional projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
• Familiarity with Aramco engineering standards, international codes (API, ASME, ISO), and digital transformation tools in asset management.
• A strong commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence, aligned with Aramco’s long-term energy and sustainability goals.
