We are currently seeking a Process Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy!

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing processes, will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production in accordance with engineering standards, Lean principles, and Vertiv requirements. The role will act as a key interface between engineering, production, quality, and supply chain, will drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and product industrialization.

What kind of work will you be doing?

• Respects the principles of environmental protection
• Support and optimize manufacturing processes in accordance with drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and technical standards
• Analyze production flows and will propose improvements related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery
• Participate in the industrialization of new products and engineering changes (NPDI / ECO / ECN)
• Define and update manufacturing documentation (work instructions, process flows, layouts, routings)
• Support production during daily operations, troubleshooting technical and process-related issues
• Analyze root causes of production problems and will implement corrective and preventive actions
• Cooperate closely with other departments (Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, EHS)
• Support line balancing, capacity analysis, and layout optimization
• Support validation of tools, equipment, and production processes
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality procedures, and safety regulations
• Work in accordance with LEAN manufacturing principles and 5S methodology (VOS)
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by submitting and implementing improvement proposals
• Perform all other activities related to the agreed type of work
• Follow the procedures, rules, and principles of the integrated management system
• Contribute to the development and adherence to standards with a focus on customer satisfaction, company culture, and continuous improvement

What will make you successful?

• Secondary technical school or higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• At least 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role
• Be able to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation Have knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly methods Have experience with process improvement and problem-solving techniques Have basic knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, VSM) Be able to work with measuring equipment Have basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Have good English knowledge

Il Process Specialist (PS) supporta il Process Specialist Leader (PSL) nello svolgimento delle attività di ingegneria di Processo nell’ambito di una commessa esecutiva (EPC o in Task Force).

Nel ruolo, il Process Specialist contribuisce allo sviluppo e alla verifica dell’ingegneria di disciplina nel rispetto dei requisiti contrattuali e tecnici, garantendo l’integrazione con le altre discipline progettuali e fornendo supporto alle funzioni di Project Management, Procurement e Construction coinvolte nel progetto.

Mansioni:

• Sviluppare l’ingegneria di disciplina di Processo secondo le indicazioni e il coordinamento del Process Specialist Leader (PSL);
• Identificare, analizzare e utilizzare i dati di base necessari allo sviluppo delle attività assegnate;
• Redigere la documentazione tecnica di disciplina garantendone completezza e correttezza nel rispetto dei requisiti contrattuali, delle tempistiche e del budget assegnato;
• Informare costantemente il PSL sull’avanzamento delle attività assegnate, segnalando tempestivamente eventuali criticità tecniche, di tempi o di costi;
• Applicare metodologie e strumenti di calcolo, simulazione, modellazione e gestione dei dati di processo nello sviluppo dell’ingegneria;
• Elaborare e aggiornare la documentazione di processo (es. Heat & Material Balance, PFD, P&ID), assicurandone qualità e conformità agli standard tecnici;
• Supportare le altre discipline tecniche nello sviluppo dell’ingegneria multidisciplinare (Data Sheet, Technical Bid Evaluation dei vendor, liste tecniche e review multidisciplinari);
• Supportare il PSL nell’interfaccia con i servizi di Project Management, Procurement e Construction durante le diverse fasi del progetto.

Requisiti:

• Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica, Ingegneria Energetica o Chimica Industriale; in alternativa, Diploma tecnico o formazione equivalente con esperienza rilevante nel ruolo;
• Esperienza di almeno 7 anni nel ruolo, maturata preferibilmente all’interno di società di Engineering & Contracting operanti nel settore Oil & Gas;
• Esperienza in contesti Offshore o Upstream costituisce titolo preferenziale;
• Conoscenza dei principali software di simulazione di processo (es. Hysys, ProII, ProMax o equivalenti);
• Capacità di redazione e revisione della documentazione tecnica di processo;
• Padronanza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1).

Mansioni:

• Sviluppo e verifica dei diagrammi di processo (PFD) e di strumentazione (P&ID);
• Esecuzione di bilanci di massa ed energia;
• Simulazione e modellazione dei processi Oil & Gas tramite Aspen HYSYS;
• Dimensionamento e selezione delle apparecchiature di processo (separatori, colonne, scambiatori di calore, pompe, compressori);
• Definizione delle condizioni operative e dei parametri di progetto per impianti onshore;
• Redazione di datasheet di processo e specifiche tecniche;
• Supporto alle fasi di FEED e ingegneria di dettaglio;
• Partecipazione agli studi di sicurezza di processo (HAZOP, HAZID, SIL);
• Collaborazione con le discipline di piping, meccanica, strumentazione e HSE;
• Supporto tecnico durante costruzione, pre-commissioning, commissioning e avviamento degli impianti;
• Verifica della conformità agli standard e normative internazionali Oil & Gas (API, ASME, ISO).

Requisiti:

• Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica;
• Esperienza di almeno 6 anni nel ruolo di Process Engineer in ambito Oil & Gas;
• Ottima conoscenza dei processi di trattamento gas e olio (separazione, dehydration, sweetening, stabilizzazione);
• Utilizzo professionale di Aspen HYSYS per simulazioni di processo;
• Conoscenza degli standard internazionali Oil & Gas (API, ASME, ISO);
• Capacità di analisi tecnica e problem solving;
• Attitudine al lavoro in team multidisciplinari;
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Notre entreprise partenaire, acteur industriel reconnu dans le secteur de la transformation agroalimentaire, est actuellement à la recherche d’un·e Ingénieur·e Process afin de renforcer ses équipes de production.

Votre rôle

En tant qu’Ingénieur·e Process, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’optimisation, le suivi et l’amélioration continue des processus de production. Vous intervenez à la fois sur le terrain et sur l’analyse des performances industrielles, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes production, qualité et maintenance.

Vous êtes un véritable moteur dans la résolution de problématiques opérationnelles et dans la mise en place d’améliorations structurelles et durables.

Vos responsabilités

• Vous contribuez à l’amélioration continue des processus et des lignes de production en identifiant et en implémentant des optimisations pertinentes.
• Vous structurez et standardisez les méthodes de travail dans un environnement initialement peu formalisé.
• Vous analysez les dysfonctionnements liés aux procédés et aux installations et proposez des solutions à long terme.
• Vous suivez, mettez en œuvre et améliorez les paramètres de process ainsi que les systèmes de mesure et de régulation, tant sur le terrain qu’au niveau digital.
