Encadré(e) par des consultants expérimentés, vous aidez les directions métiers de nos clients sur des missions de stratégie opérationnelle et des missions de conseil en management (études, organisation, processus, systèmes d’information, ressources humaines/conduite du changement) en répondant aux problématiques suivantes :

• Etudes de marché, benchmark, analyse d'opportunité,
• Transformation des organisations : audit des organisations, schéma directeur métier, refonte des processus, des organisations et de la gouvernance,
• Evolution réglementaire : étude des textes réglementaires et analyse d’impacts, mise en conformité des organisations et des processus,
• Gestion de projets : cadrage, assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage, pilotage de projet (PMO), accompagnement au changement,
• Marketing et relation client : études de marché, segmentation client, conception d’offres et de services (marketing mix, business plan…), CRM et connaissance client, stratégie digitale et multicanale,
• Stratégies de croissance et de performance : études prospectives, diversification d’activités, modélisation financière,
• Management des Systèmes d’Information : schémas directeurs SI, études d'opportunité et de faisabilité (« business case »), benchmark et choix de solutions, accompagnement dans la mise en œuvre .

Vous serez également amené(e) à vous impliquer dans la vie interne du cabinet, autour de différents sujets :

• Le développement ou le renforcement de nos offres au travers de formations, de groupes de travail, de diffusion de support internes et externes,
• Le développement de nouvelles opportunités au travers de réponses aux appels d’offres et de propositions commerciales,
• La politique de publication de l’équipe (rédaction d’articles, décryptage…).
  
  

Diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieur ou d’une grande école de commerce, vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience réussie dans le conseil, dans le secteur de l'énergie ou dans les stratégies durables et la décarbonation des activités.

Vous disposez d'une appétence pour les enjeux liés à la data et l'IA, d'une capacité à monter en compétences rapidement sur ces sujets et êtes enthousiaste à l'idée d'accompagner nos clients à en saisir les opportunités.

Vous accompagnez les directions métiers de nos clients en répondant aux problématiques suivantes:

• Transformation des organisations : audit des organisations, schéma directeur métier, refonte des processus, des organisations et de la gouvernance,
• Evolution réglementaire : étude des textes réglementaires et analyse d’impacts, mise en conformité des organisations et des processus,
• Gestion de projets : cadrage, assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage, pilotage de projet (PMO), accompagnement au changement,
• Marketing et relation client : études de marché, segmentation client, conception d’offres et de services (marketing mix, business plan…), CRM et connaissance client, stratégie digitale et multicanale,
• Stratégies de croissance et de performance : études prospectives, diversification d’activités, modélisation financière,
• Management des Systèmes d’Information : schémas directeurs SI, études d'opportunité et de faisabilité (« business case »), benchmark et choix de solutions, accompagnement dans la mise en œuvre.

Dans le cadre de vos interventions opérationnelles et dans le cadre du développement interne du cabinet, vous :

• Gérez des projets : vous définissez le cadre et la structure des livrables et accompagnez des consultants dans la production de leurs livrables, vous prenez en charge la production des livrables transversaux ou complexes, vous effectuez le cadrage d’un projet et en définissez la structure (objectifs, planning, chantiers, rôles de l’équipe, attribution des charges, etc), vous gérez le pilotage d’un ou plusieurs projets, vous assurez le reporting vers le client et le respect des délais et des engagements, vous garantissez le suivi de la consommation des charges.
• Gérez la relation client : vous construisez une relation solide et durable avec vos interlocuteurs client de niveau middle et top management, vous installez votre crédibilité et votre légitimité sur les sujets traités par votre expertise et votre capacité à apporter des solutions, vous challengez l’approche du client et proposez de nouvelles orientations. Vous connaissez les problématiques de l’entreprise cliente, vous comprenez les enjeux financiers, vous identifiez et qualifiez d’éventuelles opportunités commerciales au sein de l’entreprise cliente, vous concevez des solutions adaptées, vous conduisez les entretiens commerciaux.
• Prenez part au développement de nouvelles opportunités : vous contribuez au développement d’offres commerciales sur vos domaines d’expertise et devenez le référent sur un des domaines de l’offre. A partir d’une opportunité qualifiée, vous rédigez entièrement la proposition commerciale et en maîtrisez les aspects économiques.
• Encadrez des consultants dans le cadre de mission ou de projets internes au cabinet (groupe de travail, formation, …) : vous contribuez au développement des compétences des consultants sur les projets et en dehors, vous supervisez et animez une équipe projet, vous fixez des objectifs, encadrez et évaluez les travaux des consultants, vous identifiez et résolvez les problèmes internes
• Contribuez activement à notre politique de publication (articles du blog, études sectorielles…)
  
  

Diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieur ou d’une grande école de commerce, vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience réussie d’au moins 6 ans dans le conseil ou auprès d’énergéticiens pour lesquels vous êtes intervenus sur des projets d’envergure.

Vous disposez d'une appétence pour les enjeux liés à la data et l'IA, d'une capacité à monter en compétences rapidement sur ces sujets et êtes enthousiaste à l'idée d'accompagner nos clients à en saisir les opportunités.

Intégré(e) au pool commun entre nos 2 BU Energy, Utilities & Environment, et Transport, Manufacturing & Retail, vous serez encadré(e) par des consultants expérimentés et vous aidez les directions métiers de nos clients issus de nos secteurs (energie, utilities, transport de voyageur, transport de marchandises, infrastructures de transport, industrie) sur des missions de stratégie opérationnelle et des missions de conseil en management (organisation, processus, systèmes d’information, ressources humaines/conduite du changement...) en répondant aux problématiques suivantes :

• Transformation des organisations : audit des organisations, schéma directeur métier, refonte des processus, des organisations et de la gouvernance,

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

• Deine Basis bildet ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium aus den Bereichen Ingenieurswissenschaften, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare praktische Kenntnisse


• Du hast bereits Kundenprojekte aus der Energiewirtschaft erfolgreich umsetzen können

• ESG Steuerung und Reporting: Verständnis über regulatorische Nachhaltigkeits-Anforderungen an Unternehmen, deren Produkte und Lieferketten und wie diese strategisch etabliert, und durch ESG-Daten, Kennzahlen und Reporting umgesetzt werden.
• Klimastrategie und Emissionsmanagement: Konzeption und Umsetzung von unternehmens-weiten Klimastrategien inklusive Treibhausgasbilanzierung auf Unternehmens- und Produktebene (CCF/PCF), Entwicklung von Science-Based Targets sowie Integration von Strategien in operative Geschäftsbereiche. Dazu gehören der Aufbau geeigneter Governance-Strukturen sowie die Befä-higung interner Organisationseinheiten und externer Stakeholder (z. B. Lieferkette, Kunden).
• ESG Performance Management & Supply Chain Transparency: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von ESG-Datenmanagement und -Analytik, einschließlich automatisierter Datener-fassung, Verarbeitung und Berichterstattung mithilfe spezialisierter Tools im Nachhaltigkeits- und Carbon-Management Kontext. Site Manager – District Heating (London)

I’m currently working with a fast-growing contractor in the UK’s district heating sector who are looking to appoint a Site Manager for an upcoming project in London.

The business operates as a Principal Contractor, delivering high-spec district heating infrastructure projects across the UK, combining civil and mechanical engineering expertise in a rapidly expanding heat network industry.

The Role

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, to quality standards and with strong commercial performance.

You’ll lead site teams, coordinate specialist subcontractors, maintain construction programmes, ensure CDM and HSE compliance, and work closely with the client and commercial team through to project completion and handover.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ construction experience
• Background in utilities or highways environments preferred
• Strong site leadership and project delivery experience
• Good understanding of CDM regulations
• CSCS Manager Card & SMSTS
• Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision
