We’re looking for a Regional Sales Development Assistant Manager to strengthen distributor performance, elevate field execution quality, and drive sustainable sales growth across the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen distributor, sub‑distributor, and retail networks to ensure strong sell‑in and sell‑out performance
• Improve core distribution fundamentals: coverage, availability, visibility, and retail penetration
• Lead RTM initiatives including territory planning, outlet segmentation, and salesforce deployment to maximize reach
• Ensure execution discipline by monitoring daily field routines, call standards, merchandising, and program compliance
• Build strong relationships with retailers, applicators, project influencers, and key trade partners
• Coach distributor sales teams through structured training, field accompaniment, and performance reviews
• Consolidate sales KPIs, distribution health updates, and competitor insights into clear reports for decision-making

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in building materials, construction, FMCG, or other distribution‑driven industries
• Strong background in sales development, field execution, and distributor/channel management
• Proven ability to improve RTM efficiency, salesforce productivity, and territory coverage
• Hands‑on, analytical, and capable of leading operations across multiple regions
• SIM A holder with safe and confident driving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in English

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Design Manager located in Riyadh. The role entails managing architectural design projects, supervising construction drawings, coordinating architectural and interior design efforts, and ensuring projects align with the company's vision. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee design reviews, and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.

Branda is urgently hiring a highly skilled Architect / Project Supervisor who understands how to transform ordinary spaces into unique, functional, and visually outstanding environments.

We are not looking for basic designers.

We need someone with strong spatial intelligence who can look at any space and convert it into a marvelous, well-planned, buildable design, then supervise execution until the final finishing.

This role requires architects who can both:

• Design professionally
• Think creatively
• Solve real site problems
• Supervise artisans and installations
• Deliver projects exactly as designed

If you only know how to draw but cannot execute, this role is not for you.

Candidate must be based in Lagos and ready for site supervision when required.

This is a results-driven role, and only disciplined professionals should apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate architectural and interior layouts for offices, studios, commercial spaces, and custom projects
• Convert empty or poorly planned spaces into unique, smart, and premium designs
• Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations
• Produce clear, buildable, and practical design documentation
• Identify space limitations and create intelligent solutions
• Supervise site execution to ensure work follows drawings
• Coordinate carpenters, installers, engineers, and vendors
• Take site measurements and verify dimensions
• Ensure finishing quality meets approved design
• Prepare material specifications and cost-aware designs
• Monitor project progress and report updates
• Attend client meetings when required
• Maintain organized project files and revisions
• Deliver projects on time without excuses

Requirements

• Must be based in Lagos (Mandatory)
• Must be a professional architect
• HND / BSc in Architecture
• 1–5 years experience in architecture & supervision
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• Ability to produce layout plans, walk through videos and 3D renderings
• Strong understanding of furniture, finishing, and interior construction
• Ability to supervise artisans and site work
• Strong discipline and responsibility
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Ready to resume immediately

We prefer candidates who can design modern, clean, luxury, or highly functional spaces.
