Key Responsibilities: 

• Conceptualize and develop new products or processes in collaboration with the R&D team and other stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

The Quantity Surveyor will manage cost estimation, budgeting and contract administration for landscape projects. The ideal candidate will support the cost management and tendering process of various projects while ensuring financial efficiency and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Scope of Work

• Takes up quantity as per BQ/Drawings and the detailed breakdown in the Excel sheet.
• Reviews tender pricing with manager; understands the project schedule and profit margin; attends tender interviews; goes through tender reply with manager and prepares reply accordingly.
• Seeks quotation from the respective trades and follows up on submission of quotations.
• Reviews letter of appointments, contract drawings and documents and to highlight any deviation from the tender.
• Negotiates with the respective supplier and appoints specialist sub-contractors based on trade.
• Ensures the timely submission of VO cost on weekly basis and communicates with the project manager; timely submission of monthly progress claims; final account closing.
• Submits the progress claim on a monthly basis.

Criteria

• Develop and design products, equipment and tools to be able to produce product that meets high quality requirements and performance standards. Analyses equipment specifications and process requirements to conceive a practical design.

JOB SUMMARY:

• MEP Design Officer is responsible for supporting the MEP team in preparing layout designs, technical drawings, and project documentation for new store development and renovation projects across the Jollibee Vietnam network.
