• Plan diversion of existing Singtel OSP infrastructure affected by third-party projects initiated by government agencies and developers (e.g., road widening, MRT construction, sewerage/drainage works, redevelopment/demolition for BTO and private buildings).
• Develop diversion plans including replacement of underground pipelines and cables (fiber and copper) based on diversion requests and site constraints.
• The works require engaging the Developer/Building owner/Consultant/Maincon for discussion of the proposed diversion.
• Conduct site surveys with customers/consultants to assess affected infrastructure and proposed diversion routes.

• Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders on project status and timelines.
• Prepare monthly reporting (e.g., OPE Dashboard) covering quotation issued, payments received and diversion work status and progress
• Manage customer enquiries relating to diversion scope, schedule, progress, billing, and handover status.
• Coordinate GIS system requirements based on users’ needs.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

In the role, you’ll provide Technical Electrical Engineering expertise to:

• Infrastructure systems for Healthcare Facility Development
• To assist the project team in ensuring adequate MEP provision for HIPD Healthcare Facility Development
• Sourcing and continuous sourcing of new technologoes in M&E systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education Requirement(s):

• Engineering Degree in the respective (Mechanical or Electrical) disciplines from a recognised university
• (Candidate without a recognised degree, with technical diploma and with more than 12 years of relevant design experience may be considered)

The Reporting and Insights Analyst will be focused on translating project and engineering requirements into high quality dashboard solutions, ensuring enterprise-wide reporting integrity and standardisation.

The role will develop Power BI reports which accurately summarise the underlying engineering data and deliver insight and value to end users on the project.  

• Prepare, manage, and maintain engineering and technical data across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for reporting and decision‑making.

As Senior / Project Coordinator, you will need to have strong commercial acumen, contracts management, design management, OHS, programming / planning experience as well as running meetings with consultants and subcontractors to provide a high quality service that will ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

They work across refurbishments, repairs, remediation, demolition, upgrades, HVAC etc. on buildings and civil works as well. Will be running projects from smaller up to $20m+. Projects are generally Industrial, Defence or Commercial in nature, experience with similar projects in these sectors or similar across buildings and infrastructure will be an advantage.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Project delivery from inception through to completion
• Ensure construction programmes are followed & deliver on project quality to programme
• Identify and manage construction risk through all projects, escalating issues when required
• Manage project expenditure and cash flow
• Management and achievement of external engineering design aspects of projects
• Design management
• Manage subcontractors on site
• Manage and maintain HSEQ requirements on the project
• Produce progress reports
• Deliver and manage client expectations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• Minimum 2 years+ experience in the successful delivery of projects from start to finish ideally with some civil, buildings, marine or utilities experience
• Detailed knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements / standards
• Strong planning and project financial reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Construction Safety Induction (white) card

Job Summary:

The Accredited Practitioner (Fire Safety) – APFS is responsible for ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, standards, and best practices in building design, construction, and occupancy. The role involves reviewing fire safety plans, conducting inspections, advising on fire protection systems, and supporting compliance with fire codes and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate fire safety and life safety plans for new and existing buildings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety codes, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct fire safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions and safety improvements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners regarding fire safety requirements.
• Verify installation and maintenance of fire protection systems such as alarms, sprinklers, and emergency exits.
• Prepare technical reports and compliance documentation.
• Support fire safety certification and permitting processes.
• Provide fire safety guidance during construction and occupancy stages.
• Assist in emergency preparedness planning and evacuation procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Confirmed registration as an Accredited Practitioner (Fire Safety) (APFS) is mandatory.
• Background in fire protection engineering, architecture, building engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety codes, building regulations, and safety standards.
• Experience in fire safety design review, inspection, or compliance assessment.
• Ability to read and interpret building and fire safety plans.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and compliance reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Familiarity with fire protection system design, testing, and commissioning.
