Role Overview:

Criterion Developments, our in-house Development Team, is seeking a proactive and delivery-oriented Project Manager to oversee a hotel project from planning to handover to our hotel operations team. The project will be delivered by a selected main contractor. This role requires someone who is able to challenge conventions, negotiate, procure and oversee external principal contractors, design teams and take ownership of projects. You will report to the Senior Project Manager heading up D&B delivery within Criterion Developments. You will need to manage comprehensive project plans, outlining scopes, objectives, programme, resources, and budgets.

• Manage and deliver office-to-hotel conversion projects, ensuring that each project adheres to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outline the scope, objectives, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Working with the Senior lead, develop Procurement Strategies for scheme delivery.
• Drive the project lifecycle, from planning through to project handover, ensuring clear progress and milestone achievements.
• Procure any required consultants, surveys or contractors. Working with pre-construction team members were needed.
• Negotiate contracts to obtain the best terms and value for the business.
• Lead and coordinate diverse project teams, including internal staff, external contractors, and consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Obtain necessary permits and maintain accurate and organised project records, including contracts, change orders, and inspection reports.
• Interact and manage stakeholder relations, including tenants (with asset/property management colleagues). Knowledge and experience of tenant matters and Party Wall Act is helpful.
• Identify potential risks and address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Closely manage and challenge design teams and other construction professionals to ensure alignment with the project objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal client, stakeholders, and team members, providing detailed regular updates on project status.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate and organised project records, including contracts, change orders, and inspection reports and ensure all documentation is up to date and in compliance with local regulations.

About You:

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in construction project management gained in Consultancy and Main Contractors. PQS background would also be considered.
• Chartered in MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent.
• A proven track record managing medium to large-scale conversions.
• Experience in the hotel and/or residential sector is a benefit.
• Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a construction field.
• A Masters degree or additional certifications (PMP, CCM) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (Asta Powerproject, Procore, ProcurPro).

• Leading, managing and preparing the PLAA Project updates and maintenance of the PLAA Project Permit Tracker(s) for internal team and Client.

We are looking for an Assistant Construction Section Manager with LTA project construction experience, who will be responsible for managing and supervising assigned civil works sections within large-scale infrastructure projects. In this role, you will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with regulatory and project requirements, coordinate subcontractors and interfaces, and support the delivery of construction milestones in accordance with approved plans, safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.

Responsibilities:

The Site Engineer (Building) is responsible for assisting the Project Manager on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

Project Manager – 4–6 Storey Mid‑Rise Residential (Calgary)

Position Overview

The Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of 4–6‑storey wood‑frame or concrete‑podium residential projects, ensuring delivery from excavation through occupancy. This role manages subcontractors, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, and safety compliance while supporting both office and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from mobilization through occupancy for 4–6‑storey residential mid‑rise buildings.

• Coordinate design review, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation.

Job Purpose

The Health & Safety Coordinator will work closely with and directly assist the Health & Safety Manager in implementing and monitoring company-wide safety programs and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Duties & Responsibilities

· Assist the Health & Safety Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining Zgemi’s Health & Safety policies and procedures.

· Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and company standards.

· Support the preparation and documentation of incident reports, hazard assessments, and corrective actions.

· Participate in accident/incident investigations and assist with root cause analysis and follow-up actions.

· Coordinate and track employee safety training, orientations, and certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Working at Heights, AODA).

· Maintain accurate safety records, including inspection logs, JHSC minutes, and monthly reports.

Qualifications & Skills Required

· 1-3 years of experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction industry.

· Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) Certification or COR experience is an asset.

As a Building Energy Modeling Engineer at Terao Asia, you will be responsible for developing and utilizing advanced energy modeling techniques to assess and improve the energy efficiency of building designs. Under the responsibility of the Malaysia Operations Manager, the Building Energy Modeling Engineer participates in TERAO projects accross Asia and globally, and covers the following main tasks:

·       Energy Modeling and Data Analyst: Develop and perform energy simulations and modeling using industry-standard software (e.g., Design Builder, IESVE) to evaluate the energy consumption, thermal comfort, and daylighting of building designs. Analyze simulation data to provide insights and optimize building performance.

·       Analysis and Optimization: Analyze modeling results to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and sustainable design strategies. Collaborate with project teams to implement these solutions into building designs.

·       Data Collection: Gather and validate data related to building systems, materials, and occupancy patterns to create accurate energy models. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all modeling efforts.

·       Code Compliance: Stay updated with local, state, and federal energy codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, IECC) ensuring that building designs meet or exceed these requirements, with a particular focus on Singapore and Malaysia standards such as GBI, GreenRE, GreenMark.

Qualifications

·       Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) / Master of Science (M.S.) or equivalent education in Mechanical, Electrical, Architect or related majors

·       2-5 years of previous experience with building energy modeling and simulation software.
