• Verantwortliche Führung & Koordination technischer Projekte
• Projektierung und Entwicklung zukunftsgerichteter, innovativer Lösungen für die Produktionsanlagen, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Werksleitung und unter Einbindung von Lieferanten
• Umsetzung von Engineering-Projekten im Werk unter aktiver Kommunikation mit den internen und externen Schnittstellen sowie Schulung aller relevanten Teammitglieder in Technik und Produktion
• Planung & Steuerung aller technischen Implikationen für Investitions- und Bauvorhaben im Unternehmen
• Als Stabsstelle berichtet diese Position an die Werksleitung

Description:

We are building the next generation of AI-native production planning and scheduling software primarily for process industries and pharma manufacturing. Our product is deep, domain-complex, and deployed at large enterprise customers where the planning process is mission-critical.

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer AI & Operations Research for Planning/Scheduling who will own the full post-sales lifecycle: from implementation handover through go-live support, steady-state operations, and continuous value delivery. This is not a consulting role. Your job is to ensure customers succeed with our product — and to systematically feed what you learn back into the product so that every implementation gets easier than the last.

You will be the most senior technical person on the customer-facing side, bridging product, engineering, and the customer’s operational reality. You will shape how we build our support and enablement function as we scale.

Tasks:

You will be reporting to our CTO and work closely with our product development teams. Your main focus is to unite approaches from operations research with AI and simulation technology to help simplify running our customers factories optimally.

• Lead the solution design and implementation phases of our product at customer locations for planning, scheduling and execution control in production environments.
• Co-create solutions with our customers and internal development teams.
• Write own code and data analysis based on operations research approaches in supply chain.
• Build internal prototypes leveraging AI coding assistance (e.g. Claude Code to build a small optimizer for loading dock scheduling).
• Lead and partially implement data integrations to customer data sources
• Own the hypercare phase (4–8 weeks post go-live): act as primary point of contact, triage issues together with colleagues, coordinate with engineering
• Build and maintain configuration documentation for each customer — what was set up, why, and what the known edge cases are
• Travel to customer sides to conduct requirements and solution design workshops

You will be part of the Solution Delivery Team working close with our customers and the rest of our Tech Teams (Fullstack, AI/Optimization & DevOps). The technical team is about 20 people in total

• a) Thực hiện việc giao nhận ca cụ thể, chi tiết theo danh mục đã đượcquy định vào đầu, cuối mỗi ca.
• b) Vận hành thiết bị được phân công trong khu vực chế biến để thực hiện kế hoạch sản xuất hàng ngày theo đúng quy trình. Kiểm tra tình trạng vận hành ổn định, an toàn của thiết bị trong ca làm việc.

• You will lead supply planning for engineer-to-order projects, managing 12–36+ month horizons, develop and maintain capacity models and safety stock policies tailored to high-mix, low-volume production and engineering change variability.
• You will implement “Plan for Every Part” with a focus on unique and long-lead-time components, maintain accurate ERP parameters and drive supplier collaboration to ensure timely material forecasts and availability for each engineered order.

• Oversee packing and labeling operations and cross-functional collaboration (i.e., Warehouse Ops, Maintenance, Planning & Scheduling, Quality) to ensure effective operations

SHE:

• Ensure operations control and compliance with legislation (e.g., ISO) and customer requirements (including with existing and new operations)
• Ensure SHE policy implementation and adherence to roadmap for existing and new process
• Manage incidents including with root causes identification, escalation and ensuring appropriate resolution

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plant Director to lead and oversee the full operations of a large-scale footwear manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for managing production, driving operational excellence, and ensuring efficient plant performance while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets for global brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant operations, including production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and maintenance.
• Manage and develop a workforce of 200+ employees, including supervisors and department heads.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring and improving key KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.
• Work closely with global footwear brands such as Nike and Adidas to ensure compliance with their standards and production requirements.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in greenfield manufacturing projects or factory setup.
• Experience leading 24/7 production operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, production planning, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with local government authorities and industrial zone management is highly preferred.
