Quality Manager – Supplier

Working exclusively with a long standing, global partner, we are looking to help secure a 12 month FTC for paternity cover.

This position will be fully focused on all issues related to supplier quality across global sites. This will include but not be limited to:

• QMS governance

1. Perform production machinery maintenance inspection based on machine standard specification needs.

2. Perform production machinery maintenance/electrical work including parts replacements, repairing and mould maintenance works.

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally with globally recognised FMCG, consumer goods, sportswear, lifestyle, fashion, or retail brands
• Demonstrated track record of building or significantly growing a consumer brand, not just managing or maintaining an established one
• Regional experience across Southeast Asia — has planned and executed marketing across multiple countries, not just a single market
• Hands-on executor who is comfortable producing work directly and not dependent on external agencies for day-to-day output
• Experienced in managing agencies selectively and strategically when needed, but fully capable of operating without them
• Proven experience negotiating and managing sports sponsorship deals, athlete endorsements, and high-value commercial partnerships
• Strong creative judgment with the ability to set and maintain a high visual and creative standard across all output
• Demonstrated experience owning and managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable commercial outcomes
• Experience building, hiring, and leading a marketing team
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia
• Willingness to travel regularly across Southeast Asia

• Assist in preparing and updating process engineering deliverables, including:
• Heat & material balances
• Process flow diagrams (PFDs)
• Piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
• Equipment and instrument datasheets
• Perform basic process calculations, such as sizing of control valves, pumps, separators, and relief devices under guidance from senior engineers.
• Support development of process simulations using tools like HYSYS or UniSim.
• Participate in project engineering activities, including design reviews, model reviews, and safety studies (HAZID/HAZOP) as an observer or contributor.
• Assist with vendor document reviews, ensuring alignment with engineering requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and other disciplines to ensure cohesive and accurate design outputs.
• Support preparation of technical reports, design notes, and engineering documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the oil & gas or offshore sector.
• Basic understanding of topside process systems: separation, gas treatment, utilities, flaring, safety systems (advantage but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with process simulation tools (HYSYS/UniSim) and standard engineering calculation methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven project environment.
