Funciones y responsabilidades

• Construcción del Sistema de Calidad: elaboración, revisión y aprobación de las políticas y procedimientos que serán de aplicación en la planta – manual de calidad -.
• Cualificación y validación de equipos e instalaciones: revisión y aprobación de requerimientos, planes, protocolos e informes. Investigación de no conformidades y desviaciones que surjan durante estos procesos.
• Validación del Proceso de fabricación: revisión y aprobación de los protocolos e informes de validación. Investigación de no conformidades y desviaciones que surjan durante la misma.
• Revisión de la documentación relacionada con la fabricación y control de los primeros lotes fabricados, destinados a la obtención de las autorizaciones regulatorias.
• Coordinar y/o gestionar los siguientes elementos que formarán parte del sistema de calidad de la planta: formación y capacitación, desviaciones y CAPA(2), Controles de Cambio, Auditorías, homologación de proveedores, potenciales reclamaciones.
• Aplicar los conceptos de “análisis de riesgo”, tal como se describen en las GMP.
• Elaboración de informes requeridos para la obtención de las autorizaciones de fabricación y autorización GMP.

Perfil requerido

You will own the data pipeline end-to-end, from raw sensor streams to training-ready datasets and user-facing data products. You will:

• Design, build, and maintain data ingestion pipelines from our vehicles (cameras, sensors, logs, annotations, fleet metadata).


• Structure, store, and catalogue data so it is clean, discoverable, and versioned for different use cases.


• Build and operate data tooling for labelling, active learning, and dataset curation where this meaningfully improves model performance.


• Ensure reliable, performant data access for training, validation, simulation, and internal users.


• Build the tele-operation system


• Collaborate with the autonomy engineer on deployment pipelines: dataset and model versioning, rollouts, telemetry, and feedback loops from field data back into the training pipeline.

• Strong, hands-on coding skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.

Your work spans through strategy with founders, customer visits, and investor contact. You’ll coordinate across R&D, manufacturing and QA to ship on time and meet customer expectations. More concretely, you will

Tus principales funciones serán:

Control de calidad:

• Coordinación y ejecución de análisis de materias primas, controles en proceso (IPC) y producto terminado conforme a protocolos establecidos.
• Evaluación de resultados frente a especificaciones y análisis de parámetros críticos de lentivirus.
• Validación de las técnicas analíticas empleadas.

Documentación y cumplimiento NCF:

• Conocimiento de las técnicas analíticas y microbiológicas aplicadas a la actividad de Gene Vector.
• Elaboración de informes de análisis y registro de datos conforme a normativa GMP.
• Asegurar la trazabilidad completa de toda la actividad desarrollada.
• Redacción, revisión y actualización de procedimientos operativos y protocolos analíticos.
• Participación en formaciones internas de QC.

Muestreo, equipos y proveedores:

• Diseño y ejecución de planes de muestreo.
• Gestión de reactivos, materiales de referencia y revisión de Certificados de Análisis (CoA).
• Colaboración con los correspondientes departamentos para asegurar el correcto estado de los equipos.
• Coordinación con proveedores para el cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad internos.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Licenciatura o Grado en Ciencias de la Vida (Farmacia, Química, Bioquímica, Biología, Biotecnología, o similar).

Valorable Máster en Terapias Avanzadas (ATMP) o formación específica en Control de Calidad.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2–3 años en Control de Calidad dentro de Industria farmacéutica o biofarmacéutica, producción de medicamentos de terapias avanzadas (ATMP, terapia génica)

Conocimientos técnicos:

• NCF,
• Regulación AEMPS/EMA para ATMP
• Guías ICH
• Bioseguridad y manipulación de vectores virales (lentivirus)

Idiomas: Castellano e inglés, valorable catalán.

Ofimática: Manejo de software de laboratorio y nivel avanzado de Microsoft Office.

You will own the autonomy stack end-to-end, from raw data being streamed to your API, to production deployments. You will:
