To lead and manage commissioning and testing activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring systems are safely, efficiently, and compliantly delivered in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule. The role focuses on driving successful project completion by coordinating technical reviews, managing documentation and resources, maintaining strict HSE and quality compliance, and ensuring smooth system handover to Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities, including system start-up, ensuring all systems are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with project requirements. Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and testing strategies for all systems.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and actively promote safety awareness through toolbox talks, programs, and campaigns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and control project progress to achieve Mechanical Completion Date (MCD), overseeing activities such as flushing, pressure testing, valve leak testing, chemical cleaning, inspections, flange management, bolt tightening, and reinstatement.
• Manage and coordinate all project documentation, including STQs, testing reports, completion certificates, NCRs, punch lists, and final handover dossiers.
• Review project scope, contract documents, specifications, engineering drawings, and vendor data to ensure clear understanding of deliverables and identify potential issues.
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor technical submissions related to testing activities and highlight any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, including document control, change management, material control, and inspection/testing requirements.
• Develop and manage turnover documentation to support smooth custody transfer to Operations.
• Ensure availability and coordination of skilled manpower and resources to meet project deliverables.
• Prepare and monitor progress reports and tracking systems to ensure timely completion of all commissioning activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality systems, SOPs, and workflows.
• Support tender activities related to testing and commissioning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Process, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in Brownfield Hook-Up and Commissioning (HUC) of key equipment, including Power Generators, Gas Lift Compressors, Air Dryers, Fire Water Pumps, Compact Manifolds, Filter Separators, WHCP systems, HVAC systems, Wash Water Pumps, Chemical Injection Pumps, Flare Ignition Panels, and Transfer Pumps.

• Collect and analyze operational data and trends and develop recommendations and plans to improve the performance and reporting process of manufacturing equipment and processes and ensure consistent monitoring and early warning indicators.
• Help plan and schedule maintenance of plant systems using reliability models and predictive technologies in collaboration with maintenance leadership.
• Monitor and manage variable and fixed costs at the site in collaboration with internal technology and finance operations stakeholders.
• Help plan and monitor production shutdowns ensuring legal and preventive maintenance compliance of manufacturing equipment.
• Help process engineers analyze capital expenditures and project designs to find more efficient, cost effective approaches, which promotes higher quality and reliable outcomes.
• Serve as point of contact and interface with third party personnel to assist with setting priorities, monitoring safety and improving their skills over time.
• Connect with relevant personnel from other departments within the site or across the business to benchmark practices and assist in the creation of strategies.

1. Predictive Model & System Management

• Deploy, maintain, and revamp predictive models for key rotating equipment.
• Proactively identify opportunities and implement improvements to the current monitoring systems and predictive tools.
• Support other end-users by communicating alerts and resolving technical problems within the models (tool champion role).
• Manage and reduce false positive alerts ("fake alert killing") to ensure the effectiveness of the monitoring system.

2. Asset Reliability Management

• Identify and communicate potential equipment failures or performance deviations based on predictive alerts.

• Anticipate and communicate the impact of deviations on production to enable a shift from unplanned failures to planned maintenance.

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for accurate execution of standard Tax activities and to ensure compliance, accuracy in tax calculation, reconciliations, and reporting as well as audit readiness within a managed services environment. Key Responsibilities

Tax Processing & Execution

• Prepare and execute tax-related activities including calculation and filings of corporate VAT / GST / WHT/ property tax, Tax reconciliations between GL, sub-ledgers, tax reports including income tax provision and deferred tax calculations, and other statutory filings in accordance with local and international tax regulations on a timely basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain plating production equipment (electroplating lines, rectifiers, tanks, hoists, filtration systems).
• Ensure machine readiness and availability to meet production schedules.
• Conduct regular equipment inspection and performance evaluation.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for plating machinery and facility utilities.

Your work will span from country-level strategy, down to customer visits that will convert into sales, all the way to post-sales support. You’ll work with our current sales colleagues and grow with it as we expand. You will collaborate closely with experts across R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure our solutions are not only innovative but also on time and meet customers' expectations.
