The role is expected to work closely with Factory Medical officer and involves the following:
- Identify possible route of entry and exposure of the chemicals.
- Establish OSHA standards and corporate requirements for Occupation Health Hazards and
- Study and understand the chemical exposure from MSDS and ensure proper communication /
- Ensure pre and periodical employees' health monitoring to predict / avoid health complication
- Maintain all documentation related to health as per legal requirements
- Ensure all equipment, first aid box, medicines are maintained at OHC for any emergency.
- Identify and provide health and first aid related training to employee and contract workforce.
- Tie up with external medical practitioners, surrounding industries and hospitals for emergency
Safety
Responsible for implementation of local legal compliances and global requirement at LZAI Manufacturing site operations and warehouses.
- Implement robust Safety Management system and practices following local & global standards and practices.
- Must have ability to conduct regular HSE audits, inspections & incident investigations
- Must have Competency in Work Permit system, safe practices to be implemented at site
- Implement & enforce site safety system & requirements among employee/visitor work force by
- Collaborate with Global teams to understand Corporate Standards & implement of the same.
- Implementation of Human performance tools.
- Conduct regular SOP safety review, cardinal rule implementation.
- Ensure timely compliance of requirement related to the Factories Act, 1948 and coordination
compliance.
- Take lead in ensuring compliance of FM Global or equ. agency by proper testing / training / inspection and maintenance related to fire detection and firefighting system
- Must have strong knowledge of Risk Assessment & monitoring techniques and conduct site safety risk assessment on regular frequency and ensure all high risk are attended & maintain site risk ranking at low
- Prepare and implement on site emergency plan by periodical training, communication, and mock drills. Ensure working of all emergency equipment by inspection / testing / maintenance
- Ensure proper investigations, JSA, process safety management implementation, Global Dashboard Data management and communications
- Regularly conduct various safety related studies like HAZOP, Workplace safety monitoring, Noise & Pollution Monitoring, Dust Hazard study, Ergonomic study as applicable
- Focused training & validation of Employees and Contractual teams for HSES Practices and Compliances to improve & Sustain Site Operations Safety
- Review and ensure timely submission of all monthly HSES MIS to all relevant stakeholders
- Review & Knowledge of project HSES plans, establishment of HSE Management plan, practices and tools throughout project execution.
Responsible for confirming environment management system infrastructure operation and complying all compliance related to MPCB. Ensure RCDMS as per global requirement.

- Lead the pilot batch lab and the team to set up, operate, troubleshoot and maintain pilot plant equipment.
- Lead the team to maintain the safe working environment and sustain 5S methodology at the workplace.
- Prepare and maintain all equipment and batch related documents as per quality requirements of the organization.
- Plan, execute and prepare documents of pilot batches to support R&D projects and customer requests. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive documents.
- Execute different experiments in the laboratory, including sample preparation, product characterization, product evaluation as per project specifications or customer needs.
- Prepare, review and update laboratory procedures, test methods, work instructions etc.
- Present and discuss technical finding within work group and with internal customers.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and ensure safety and cleanliness of the workplace.
- Use process knowledge and skills to make improvements in lab performance and operating discipline.
- Use trouble shooting skills to resolve process related deviations and problems, as required. Initiate and participate in root cause analysis.
- BE /BTech in Chemical /Mechanical Engineering with 8 - 10 years in R&D /Production /Supply Chain etc.
- ME/MTech in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with 5 - 6 years in R&D /Production /Supply Chain etc.

Key responsibilities
- Study the tender requirements of each project during pre-tendering and post tendering stage.
- Decide the technology/process to be adopted considering bid evaluation criteria/requirements of functional guarantees.
- Prepare BEP including process and hydraulic dig. And layout and flow diagrams. P & IP and mass balance diag. may require depending on case to case.
Pre-Tendering stage
- All above activities
- Get involved with engineering team for civil, piping, mechanical, E&I costing
- Give your inputs to the team as required during tilling data sheets & other documents.
- Focus should be given in selecting suitable requirements for secondary treatment, BNR, disinfection, etc.
- To participate and involve during detail costing by team and then briefing the tender requirements to management.
- Any work as required to be carried out to get the project awarded, once we found lowest
- Liaisoning with client & consultants during bid evaluation stage.
Post tendering stage
- All above activities as mentioned before pre tendering stage
- Prepare detailed BEP (PD, HD, LO, HFD) as per tender & confirmations given during bid evaluation stage and submit it
- Get it approved from client & consultants after through compliance
- To guide Engineering Team to prepare explode GAD, P&I.
- To check drawing in detail for final submission.
- To get it approved from client a consultant after due compliance
- Any other work as required to carry out to deliver the project in time
Trial run and commissioning
- To visit the site and put plant into trial run with electrical team
- To stabilize the process (as selected) at site to deliver desired parameters
- To monitor till commissioning & guide O&M team as & when required during entire O&M period.
Execution & Procurement stage
- To guide execution team time to time as required during construction.
- To guide E&M team in selecting appropriate equipment / analyzers / PLC / SCADC, etc. as required during detailed engineering stage
- To perform duties as & when required & to carry out any work to deliver project in time.
- Laying sewerage or, water pipelines from 250mm up to 2000mm did.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors local authorities

Position Summary
FoodChain ID is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Solutions Account Executive to support new business development across our enterprise segment (companies with $850M+ in annual revenue).
This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys opening new conversations, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and guiding prospects through complex B2B buying decisions. You will focus on identifying and engaging new enterprise opportunities while presenting tailored solutions that address customer challenges.
In this role, you’ll build a strong pipeline in a high-growth industry while representing a trusted global brand used by thousands of organizations. Success comes from combining proactive outreach with a consultative approach that helps major food and beverage companies navigate evolving regulatory, sustainability, and supply chain challenges. Along the way, you’ll deliver high-value enterprise deals, deepen your industry expertise, and grow your professional network.

What will you be doing?
- Develop and manage a pipeline of enterprise prospects through proactive outreach and industry engagement.
- Identify and pursue new logo opportunities with mid- to large-enterprise food and beverage clients.
- Conduct discovery calls, lead demos with internal experts, and present tailored solutions.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to close.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on campaigns, events, and strategic outreach.
- Represent FoodChain ID at industry events and trade associations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce.

Role & Missions
As a Sourcing Manager, your role is key.
Increase business velocity by ensuring rapid and stable access to strategic lateral flow repositories.
This position requires knowledge of industrial processes, food engineering, manufacturing best practices, and natural abilities in B2B strategy.
You will focus on the early stages of our supplier lifecycle, more specifically, mapping, prioritizing and sampling products. Being the first point of contact with suppliers, you must also perfectly position Hubcycle for future collaboration, while maintaining a down-to-earth approach with your industry suppliers.
Thus, the position includes mastering the negotiation process such as positioning, closing and B2B user experience in complex environments. Particular attention to supplier constraints will allow you to achieve your objectives.
