• Develop, maintain, and improve safety standards and procedures related to gas systems, chemical substances, and process safety
• Conduct risk assessments for gas systems, chemical handling, and process operations, and promote corrective and preventive actions

• Assist the Senior Manager and other colleagues in Product Stewardship with prompt and appropriate responses to SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and regulatory inquiries from customers and key stakeholders. Author SDS for new and updated products in Japan using Quaker Houghton’s SDS software.
• Support the Product Stewardship organization integration of newly acquired businesses in Japan.

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field is a must.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the chemical industry holding a Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship position or a similar role. Candidates with a chemistry function background such as Laboratory Technicians or Analytical Chemists will also be valued as all necessary training will be provided by the company.

IT skills: Knowledge of SDS authoring systems, ERP systems and O365 is preferred.

1. 製造プロセスの最適化、原子レベルの制御管理に係る複雑な一連データから有効性の高い結果を抽出し、デザイン設計すること

2. 統計に基づくプロセス手法を適用し、最も最適な製造プロセスを確立し操業すること

3. 製造装置の設置、品質確認、維持管理を行い、厳密さ、品質性を保ちながらで生産能力を拡大させること

4. 設備や材料のサプライヤーやパートナーと効果的に協働し、技術的ギャップや欠陥を特定し緩継続的な改善策を考案、評価、修正すること

5. 24時間365日稼働の量産環境において、夜勤シフト、週末オンコールシフトあり

１.物理学、材料科学、化学工学、電気工学、化学、原子力工学、機械工学などの工学および科学分野の学士号以上。

• Sie sind für die Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung des QM-Systems zuständig und kümmern sich um die Prozessdefinition sowie -dokumentation.

Qualitätsmanager Food Safety (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Gesamtverantwortung für das Qualitäts- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsmanagement gemäß ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS und HACCP
• Initiierung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Qualitäts- und Verbesserungsprojekten (QA) sowie Durchführung von Risikoanalysen für Rohstoffe und Prozesse
• Hauptverantwortlich für die Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung interner sowie externer Audits
• Koordination, Weiterentwicklung und Durchführung technischer Schulungs- und Qualifizierungsprogramme für Mitarbeitende und Linienverantwortliche
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene-, GMP- und Qualitätsstandards entlang der gesamten Produktionskette
• Verantwortung für Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Arbeitssicherheit
• Stellvertretung der QM/QS-Leitung

Ihr Profil

• Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines lebensmittelproduzierenden Unternehmens
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie, Lebensmittelwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Fachgebiets
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in HACCP, relevanten EG-Verordnungen sowie nationalen und internationalen Hygienestandards
• Erfahrung in der hygienischen Planung, Bewertung und Optimierung von Produktionsumgebungen
• Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
