What You Will Do

Trility Consulting is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to support a cybersecurity program transition to a new Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP).

This is a hands-on engineering engagement embedded within an existing Trility delivery team.

You will focus on implementing security tool integrations, redirecting telemetry and log flows, and ensuring operational readiness across on-prem and cloud environments. The ideal consultant can step into an active program, collaborate effectively, and drive execution with minimal ramp-up time.

This is a remote 1099 position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and integrate security tooling across a number of cybersecurity sub-workstreams
• Execute configuration updates to redirect logs, telemetry, and security data feeds to the new MSSP
• Coordinate with the MSP on endpoint agent deployments and related technical dependencies
• Validate integrations and ensure consistent security visibility across on-prem and cloud environments (outside the CMMC boundary)
• Support development of operational SOPs, playbooks, and integration documentationIdentify integration risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies based on hands-on experience
• Provide technical input during MSSP-related decision points, including tooling compatibility and architecture considerations
• Collaborate closely with Trility team members, client IT stakeholders, MSP, and MSSP partners to ensure smooth transition and stabilization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or security operations roles
• Hands-on experience deploying and integrating enterprise security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, logging/telemetry platforms, endpoint agents, log forwarding pipelines, MSSP onboarding integrations)
• Experience supporting MSSP transitions or working in environments with outsourced security operations
• Strong understanding of log forwarding, telemetry routing, and security platform integrations
• Experience working across hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud)
• Ability to execute configuration changes independently within active production environments
• Experience creating or contributing to operational documentation and runbooks
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively within a cross-functional consulting team

• Responsible for the coordination and execution of the all powertrain prototype build and teardown works of the R&D Test Center.

• Responsible for instrumentation works for powertrain units and data acquisition equipment to ensure accuracy of collected data, interpreting data to ensure proper operation of unit and test equipment.

• Responsible for research and preparation of specifications for new prototype works.

• Prototype Vehicle Build Team Member is a specialist, responsible from operating equipments & facilities as well as coordination of human resource in order to support E&TD prototype build throughout projects' related gateways.

• Responsibility covers technical lead of the build operations, including relations with 3rd party service providers, planning and management of the resources, such as periodic maintenance, calibration, investment/launch works etc.

• Coordinate the implementation of lean production techniques such as Kanban, Levelling, Heijunka, Cell Production, Single Piece Flow, 5S, VSM, PDCA, SMED, etc. in the field,
• Contribute to the process of determining annual profit projects, follow up on assigned projects, analyze weekly and monthly results, and report to the manager and senior management,
• Conduct work to verify and improve BOM and route information defined in the system,
• Support the preparation of annual investment plans, monitor monthly progress and report on it,
• Work in coordination with the R&D department on RTC (Redesign for Cost) and CI (Continuous Improvement) activities to support production design,
• Performing cost analyses such as Make or Buy and Transfer when required for project work,
• Supporting the organization of training and awareness activities to promote lean production culture,
• Monitoring the performance of teams under responsibility and contributing to their development.

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 7–10 years of experience in the field, preferably with at least 3–4 years of team management or team leadership experience,
• Proficient in English,
• High leadership potential, advanced team management and coordination skills,
• Competent in problem analysis, negotiation, and problem solving,

This role is pivotal in managing Hayat's global supply chain planning. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various functions at all levels. Success in this role will depend on strategic thinking, attention to detail, and proactive management of supply chain dynamics.

This role will be part of the global supply chain organization and report to the global category supply planning group manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Planning and Analysis: Oversee planning efforts and analyze existing materials, finished goods and new product launches across our global manufacturing network.
• Collaboration and Capacity Enhancement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with global procurement, manufacturing, other global functions and local supply chain organizations.
• Supply Chain Strategy Development: Analyze supply chain constraints and assist in formulating strategies to improve operational capacity.
• Product Launch Coordination: Coordinate the timing of product launches and inventory ramp-up plans with launch planning teams.
• Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high service levels for customers, ensuring minimal to no stockouts.
• Inventory optimization: Optimize inventory levels for the assigned category and ensure inventory numbers meet the target inventory levels. Minimize slow moving inventory and obsolete stocks.
• Collaboration with local planners: Work closely with local production planners to ensure a consistent supply of finished goods and raw materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of “supply chain planning” experience
• Experience in FMCG or a similar industry, experience in hygiene industry is preferred.
• University degree in engineering
• Understanding of sales and operations planning process and experience in managing supply reviews as part of the S&OP cycle.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
• Focus on the quality of work and continuous process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience with SAP MM , MRP , PP/DS and SAP IBP (preferred).
• Fluency in English is required.
