We’re looking for a Video Production Manager who can tell real stories from the field—capturing how our products are actually used, tested, and trusted outdoors. This role is hands-on and field-driven. You’ll be responsible for filming and editing video content that supports paid media, product education, and hunting lifestyle storytelling. What are we building

We are developing a platform which will help our field operations team to effectively manage their task, capture cultivation logs from million plus hectares of paddy fields, effectively manage the supply chain of agri-inputs and aggregate third party services required during the lifecycle of paddy fields. As a National Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind John West's growth ambitions within key retailers (Multiples & Convenience), taking ownership and leading with passion. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing a strategic plan that enhances relationships with both your customer and Stafford Lynch (our Distribution & Field Sales provider) and meets business growth targets in volume, value, and profit while addressing both strategic and operational customer needs.

This role requires building strong relationships with senior contacts, and ensuring delivery on market share, profitability, and budget goals. You'll need to communicate the John West category vision and strategy effectively to foster the necessary environmental changes for future growth success.

The role will be based in Dublin and report to Country Lead Director, John West Ireland.

Your Responsibilities:

Relationship Building

• Build solid relationships with the customer, establishing a breadth and depth of cross-functional contacts to enhance the John West brand's credibility and confidence.
• Develop strong relationships with trade buyers to achieve effective execution of sales activities, including Joint Business Plans (JBP’s).

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop, negotiate, execute, and track a joint annual business plan with the customer to support the Sales and Brand strategy.
• Identify new business and category growth opportunities within the customer’s operations.

Account Management Standards

• Maintain high standards of account management administration, adhering to brand, commercial, legal, and financial guidelines and policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with John West’s cross-functional teams—Brand Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement—to co-design and activate in-market brand, NPD, and category initiatives.

P&L Responsibility

• Assume total P&L accountability for the John West-customer relationship, ensuring the achievement of sales, margin, and category growth targets according to the budgeted scorecard.

Implementation & Execution

• Ensure the timely implementation and execution of NPD listings, category fixture plans, promotional activities, and all other relevant Joint Business Plan elements.
