
We are expanding our growth and marketing team and are looking for a Digital Advertising & Growth Specialist to scale our software adoption across North America and international markets.
The Digital Advertising & Growth Specialist will lead online advertising, paid acquisition, and social media growth initiatives for StrategyBrain’s AI Agent software platform. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that increase product visibility, drive qualified leads, and contribute to software revenue growth.
This is a remote-first position with flexible hours, though occasional in-person meetings in our Toronto office may be required.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaign strategies to maximize ROI.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) performance.
Develop growth strategies to increase trial sign-ups, product demos, and paid users for StrategyBrain’s AI Agent products.
Identify new acquisition channels and audience segments for campaign expansion.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to build targeted funnels for agency users, recruiters, and sales professionals.
Build and manage StrategyBrain’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
Schedule and publish high-performing content including product demos, customer stories, educational posts, and short-form videos.
Engage with comments, communities, and industry groups to grow organic reach and brand credibility.
Track engagement analytics and refine content strategies based on performance.
Work closely with design and product teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing page copy, and growth-focused messaging.
Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
Prepare weekly reports on advertising results, lead quality, and growth metrics.
Provide data-driven recommendations for improving paid and organic performance.
Required:
1–3 years of experience in paid advertising, digital marketing, or growth roles.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong understanding of performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
Familiarity with social media content creation and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Insights).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience marketing SaaS, AI software, B2B solutions, or startups.
Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, or lead-generation funnels.
Experience producing short-form video content for social media.
