• Description: I'm honored to be a Leadership Council Member for Vote Mama PAC, supporting Democratic moms with children 18 years and younger running for office up and down the ballot and across the country.

Vote Mama PAC believes that the success of our mission can be measured not just by the number of moms who win their elections, but also by the normalization of moms and young women in positions of leadership and power. Our kids need to see - running for office is just what mamas do.

Women still only make up 23% of Congressional Representatives and 25% of state legislatures nationwide. Less than 5% of people in Congress are mothers with school-aged children. Yet 86% of American women have children by age 44. If we aren’t supporting mamas running, we aren’t supporting most women.
