The site was forward-thinking, customer-centred, and has been highly commended by the competition and markets authority (CMA). The site has seen a 40% increase in visitors year on year, and an 50% increase in enquiries and page engagement has also increased. • Creation and management of in-house customer service team to ensure we delivered one customer experience for all. Calls and enquiries increased by 25% and our conversion rate increased from 15% to 25%. The costs of delivering this service have been reduced by bringing this in-house.
