Het beheer van de backup omgeving en het beheer van de Oracle omgeving uitbesteed aan diverse gespecialiseerde externe partijen. Verder zorg je voor de planning en afstemming van Maintenance momenten, disruptieve werkzaamheden, het monitoren van de SLA werkzaamheden en draag je zorg voor de licentie overeenkomsten.
