Als ICT-Coördinator bij Royal Smit Transformers ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en ontwikkeling van de volledige ICT omgeving inclusief de telefonie. Draag je zorg voor de projecten en zorg je er voor dat het eindresultaat tijdig klaar is en voldoet aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen. Jaarlijks werk je de planning en budgettering uit voor de ICT bestedingen voor het aankomende jaar. Royal Smit Transformers heeft al het dagelijkse beheer uitbesteed aan externe partijen, het ICT team bestaat uit 3 ICT-medewerkers die er voor zorgen dat het dagelijkse beheer goed verloopt, 1 Teamcenter / Siemens NX applicatie beheerder en 2 SAP applicatie beheerders. Het beheer van de backup omgeving en het beheer van de Oracle omgeving uitbesteed aan diverse gespecialiseerde externe partijen. Verder zorg je voor de planning en afstemming van Maintenance momenten, disruptieve werkzaamheden, het monitoren van de SLA werkzaamheden en draag je zorg voor de licentie overeenkomsten.
