- Description: Werkzaam als Operations Executive op de Service Quality afdeling van DHL Express. De dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan onder andere uit het rapporteren en analyseren van data met als doel de operationele kant van de organisatie te ondersteunen. Onze zaterdagleveringen hadden een vrij slechte performance. Het was een relatief nieuw proces, waar onze klanten extra voor betaalden, zodat de zendingen op zaterdag moesten worden geleverd. Mijn taak was om de performance te monitoren, en feedback te geven waar mogelijk. Door een wekelijks dashboard op te zetten, en alle failures bij de verantwoordelijke teams aan te kaarten, hebben we inmiddels in Nederland een hele nette zaterdaglevering performance. Ieder service center in Nederland moest zelf een prognose maken van hoeveel zendingen ongeveer zouden komen, voor de staffing, planning en resources (koeriers, busjes etc). Toen is mij gevraagd om een inbound forecast te maken, waardoor veel efficienter en met hogere kwaliteit kan worden gewerkt. Inmiddels krijgt ieder service center automatisch wekelijks een inbound forecast waarmee ze nauwkeurig in de toekomst kunnen plannen.
