For our Senior HR Transformation Consultant role, we’re targeting a base salary in the €85,000,€95,000 range (depending on experience), plus up to 15% performance bonus and our standard benefits package (training budget, pension scheme, etc.). On flexibility, we follow a hybrid model: you can work remotely 2,3 days per week, with 1,2 days in our Munich office for team workshops and occasional client meetings. Project needs typically involve about 20% travel to client sites across Europe, and we’re happy to adapt the split to suit your preferences and project rhythms.
