Hi V***k, Great questions. For a Director of Sustainable Supply Chain, G***e typically grants equity in the range of 0.2,0.4% of the company, depending on experience and seniority. Vesting follows a standard four-year schedule with a one-year cliff and monthly vesting thereafter. As for partner-farm visits, you’d generally plan for 8,12 trips per year. G***e covers all travel expenses,airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and per diem,under our standard expense policy.
