At T***y your discretionary bonus (typically 20,30% of base) is funded from the firm’s annual bonus pool and allocated based on three pillars: overall firm performance, your ECM team’s results and your individual contributions (deal volume, quality of execution and client feedback). On top of that, we offer deal-based performance incentives. In practice that means every successful IPO, secondary or block trade you lead carries a predefined bonus, so your upside grows directly with the deals you execute.
