Requisitos:

• 10+ años de experiencia en proyectos de implementación SAP PM / EAM
• Conocimiento del ciclo de vida completo de activos (Asset Lifecycle Management)
• Experiencia en SAP S/4HANA, incluyendo mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivo
• Experiencia en integración de SAP PM con movilidad (SAP Asset Manager) y sistemas GIS
• Conocimiento de metodología SAP Activate
• Experiencia en empresas del sector Utilities (energía, agua, gas)

• Ensures facility maintenance and controlled environmental monitoring activities are complete and on schedule
• Participates in facilities equipment installations as required
• Performs minor building and building system equipment repairs
• Ensures building systems contractors follow EES requirements when on the premises
• Maintains spare parts inventory
• Follows all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area
• Compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities
• Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, nactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third party vendor if applicable.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
• Technician must also have knowledge in reliability principles and practices (such as infrared, vibration analysis, ultrasound and alignment methods).
• Conduct predictive maintenance on (by means of reliability tools) and repair chillers, cooling towers, dehumidifiers, air handling units, air compressors, emergency power generators, uninterrupted power systems, fire prevention systems, water treatment systems and environmental control systems among other utility equipment.
• Utilizes reliability techniques to execute lubrication work (ultrasonic lubrication).
• Performs alignment and vibration evaluations on equipment’s
• Propose improvements to maintenance strategies, based on reliability studies / condition based maintenance practices.
• Supports Facility Team in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMCEA) and continuous improvement activities as part of the site maintenance program
• Manage and coordinate plant initiatives with outside vendors and electrical/mechanical repair shops.
• Organize and implement facilities projects.
• Demonstrate leadership ability to effectively work with team members and facilitate completion of high level projects.
• Demonstrate ability to present project status updates to members of management.
• Ability to plan and schedule all maintenance work for a minimum of a 2-week period at a team or personal level as required by direct management.
• Attain a Green Belt and FPX certification.

• Lead the sourcing operations for a full portfolio of categories, including energy (LNG, natural gas, electricity, industrial gases, steam-related utilities) and hydrocolloids, defining strategies and setting measurable objectives.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key suppliers, aligning category strategies with global, regional, and local business needs.
• Drive supply‑resilience initiatives to position the company as a customer of first choice for strategic suppliers.

• Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and contracting of Direct Materials and Indirect Materials & Services (IMS) within and outside the North America region.
• Monitor volatile energy and maritime markets, providing proactive communication on risks, opportunities, and market changes.
• Oversee supplier performance, including commercial assessments, QSE (Quality, Safety & Environment) compliance, and execution of defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage supply risks—including financial, operational, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) factors—to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Apply the company’s 7‑step strategic sourcing methodology and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) principles to ensure best‑in‑class procurement practices.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, preferably within the energy (LNG, natural gas, electricity, industrial gases, steam-related utilities), hydrocolloids, or industrial commodities sectors.
• Knowledge of the North American Procurement market, including supplier landscape and regulatory considerations.
• Proven experience managing complex supplier portfolios and executing category strategies.
• Advanced negotiation skills and a strong record of managing vendor performance and resolving commercial issues.
• Strong analytics capabilities to assess cost structures, market trends, and volume developments.
• Advanced English level, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Experience working in volatile commodity markets, particularly energy.

• Manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio, including REO, toward most effective and efficient resolution
• Supervise, train and develop Asset Resolution Department staff
• Conduct proactive and effective portfolio management in accordance with established performance standards
• Monitor and manage commercial litigation/bankruptcy/foreclosure activities, functions and deadlines
• Direct/monitor/liaise with in-house and outside attorneys, collection agencies and other vendors that support the loss mitigation effort
• Interact with customers and their counsel
• Negotiate and propose settlement agreements and bidding instructions
• Monitor loss mitigation workout performance and loss severity trends
• Implement and communicate loss mitigation decisions
• Maintain delinquency and loss mitigation reporting, including trend analysis and assessment
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of debtors' financial position, credit status, personal background, and historical payment performance
• Facilitate negotiation and conflict resolution
• Perform extensive quarterly review of portfolio being managed to confirm or reassess recovery estimates
• Monitor related expenses (taxes, maintenance, utilities, fees, etc.) and timely propose protective advances
• Participate in budget preparation for the Asset Resolution Department

• Law degree (from a nationally accredited U.S. law school is a must)
• Experience working in commercial litigation/bankruptcy/foreclosure/real estate loss mitigation
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage non-performing loan pools and REO

• Litigation experience and familiarity with litigation management tools

KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

Ÿ Accountable to provide quality oversight to validation and equipment qualification activities to ensure these activities are compliant with all applicable regulations, company and contractual obligations.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum bachelor’s degree in biology, biotechnology, or relevant discipline

· Minimum 6 years of QA experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, preferable in vaccine or biologics or commercial product experience, CDMO experience also preferred but not required.

· Mandatory experience in one of the following –

o Filling line qualification

o DeltaV and PI software

o HVAC and Utilities

· Good understanding of cGMP requirements, GCPs, GLPs, GAMP and Part 11 compliance as applied to quality assurance, qualification of systems and validation of biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

· Excellent knowledge of validation principles

At least 7 years experience using KNEAT software

· Thorough working knowledge of regulations and industry best practice affecting product quality.

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with a proven track record in the Utility Renewable Energy sector at the America level. The successful candidate will be responsible for new customer development, key account acquisition, and managing existing key accounts. Qualifications:
