Technical Project Manager – Drug Linker Facility (Pharma – Tuas)

Our Client is a Multinational Pharma and Biotech leader constructing a billion-dollar ADC manufacturing facility in Singapore.

SCOPE OF WORK

The Drug Linker Technical Project Manager (DL TPM) reports to the DL Project Manager and is responsible to lead and execute key engineering workstreams for the DrugLinker manufacturing facility scope of the Client’s Project. The TPM will take the current conceptual/detailed design and drive the development of technical procurement packages, manage equipment vendor selection, and serve as the package owner throughout design, fabrication, FAT, installation, and commissioning & qualification (C&Q).

This role requires strong technical engineering knowledge, GMP facility experience, and proven project management capability within biopharmaceutical process equipment, chemical synthesis, or highcontainment manufacturing. The DL TPM will interface with the Engineering, Procurement, and Commissioning/CQV teams, to ensure that the facility meets project milestones and business objectives.

• Review and understand the current facility design, URS, process flow, and utility requirements.
• Develop comprehensive technical RFP packages including:
• Review and update of User Requirements Specifications (URS)
• Process & Instrumentation alignment (P&IDs) including PHA/HAZOP.

• Technical evaluation criteria

• Provide input on C&Q strategy and approach (riskbased, ASTM E2500) and IQ/OQ test plans
• Develop FAT protocols and coordinate execution with equipment vendors.
• Ensure smooth transition from vendor FAT → site receipt → installation → CQV.
• Supervise vendor SAT & subsequent testing, support CQV team in IQ/OQ execution.

If you fulfil those below;

•Bachelor’s degree of Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Chemical and Construction Engineering, Mining Engineer),

•Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales field,

•Preferably experienced in Lubricant business,

•Preferably knowledge for mining, construction and infrastructure sector.

•At least Upper-Intermediate level of English,

•Excellent command of MS Office programs,

•Experienced in data analysis, reporting and presenting,

•Energetic and creative, prone to teamwork,

•No restriction for traveling (Mobility).

***Resident in Ankara. Responsible for Central Anatolia & Blacksea region.

•Realizing direct sales to commercial customers in the region, maintaining cooperation with intermediate sellers in the region and increasing the awareness of industrial segment oils in the region; maximize the product sales rate,

•Managing relationships with present customers and extending customer portfolio by gaining new customers,

•To provide the right products, services and solutions by analyzing customer expectations accurately,

•Increasing regional sales and gross profitability in line with market perception and company forecast in Commercial customers segment,

•To make collections from customers,

•Stock management of products sold in the region,

As Sudesan we are recruiting R&D Specialist, who will be our valuable team-member in our journey becoming the biggest private label producer in its industry in Turkey.

Main responsibilities of R&D Specialist include to;

• Perform formulation laboratory studies for the products that are decided to be developed / optimized, and report the outcomes,
•  Support existing commercial products (optimizations, deviations, problem solving, technical reports etc.)
• Interpret scientific literature
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Perform analytical and product performance tests
• Follow-up the regulatory framework changes for our products, prepare the related documents for regulatory purpose when needed,

If you,

·      Have at least 5 years of experience in the detergent and cosmetics manufacturing industry,

•      Share our Responsibility, Simplicity and Continuous Improvement values,

•      Are graduated from Faculty of Chemical Engineering,

•      Have advanced written and spoken English,

•      Are organized and eager to learn,

•      Have competent analytical skills,
