Job requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Python Engineer and 1+ year as a Lead.
• Strong backend engineering background with a focus on distributed systems and data-intensive applications.
• Experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures. Tooling: Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ etc.
• Hands-on expertise with Python async stack (asyncio) and modern backend frameworks (FastAPI).
• Strong practical experience with PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization, indexing, partitioning, replication strategies.
• Experience building production systems with high throughput and low latency requirements.
• Experience with containerization and deployment practices (Docker, CI/CD).
• Data engineering experience (ETL pipelines, streaming, data lakes, warehousing). Tooling: Pandas/Polars, Apache Spark, etc.

What project we have for you

Designing the MCP Server for the client’s API from scratch.

This project focuses on the development of a robust and scalable MCP server. This server will act as a vital bridge, enabling AI agents and other MCP-compatible clients to intelligently interact with Client’s Location APIs.

The goal is to create a reliable, performant, and flexible MCP platform for navigation systems. You will help design and implement MCP servers and clients with LLM/SLM fine-tuning to reduce the latency and cost of the services, with tracing and logging services.

What you will do

• Designing, developing, and maintaining the backend components for the MCP servers
• Implementing the logic to interface with a diverse set of Location APIs, ensuring efficient and reliable data exchange.
• Fine tune LLMs and SLMs depending on the project needs.
• Defining the capabilities and resources that the MCP server will expose to clients, in alignment with the MCP specification.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, enterprise-grade Azure platforms for mid-market and enterprise clients.

You’ll play a key role in delivering Azure Landing Zones and shared platform services using Terraform Infrastructure as Code, helping clients adopt Azure in a way that is secure, scalable, and ready for long-term operation.
