Role Description

We are hiring Executive Assistants for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution company based in Chennai. This role involves providing high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution for senior leadership

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing key discussion points, and tracking follow-ups

• Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense coordination

• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communication materials for leadership reviews

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Role Overview

The Inventory Planning & Distribution Manager will be responsible for end-to-end inventory allocation, replenishment, and size availability across all sales channels—offline retail, MBOs, and online platforms. The role is critical in ensuring optimal stock depth, minimal size breakage, and healthy sell-through without overstocking.

This role works closely with production, sales, merchandising, and online teams and sits at the intersection of demand planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Planning & Allocation

• Create channel-wise inventory plans for:
• Own retail store (Ambience Mall, Gurgaon)
• Premium MBOs (COYU, Iconic, Kapsons, Broadway, etc.)
• Smaller MBOs
• Online channels (Website, Nykaa Fashion, Myntra, AJIO Luxe)
• Allocate inventory by SKU, size, and channel based on historical data and sell-through trends
• Maintain size curve discipline to avoid broken sizes across platforms

Replenishment & Stock Rotation

• Design and manage weekly / fortnightly replenishment cycles
• Track stock movement and trigger timely replenishment for fast-moving SKUs

Sell-Through & Performance Tracking

Job Description

1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of electronic hardware products in an EMS environment.
2. Primary liaison between customers and internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality), ensuring that product design, development, NPI, and mass production meet customer requirements as well as cost, quality, and schedule targets.
