Role Summary

As a Spare Part Material Specialist, you are responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, and distribution of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies. Your primary goal is to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available to support critical maintenance activities while optimizing inventory levels to minimize operational downtime.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement process for MRO supplies, including strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and order placement.
• Maintain highly accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels of all MRO supplies within the Maximo System.
• Coordinate closely with the department teams and internal requesters to identify and fulfill specific material and equipment needs.
• Monitor and track the usage of MRO supplies to identify consumption trends and accurately forecast future requirements.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies designed to minimize costs and prevent critical stockouts.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards regarding the storage and handling of specialized MRO supplies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to verify data accuracy and proactively resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues related to delivery timelines, material quality, and competitive pricing.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory health, procurement activities, and key supplier performance metrics.
• Develop specialized MRO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide technical support to staff on these processes.
• Execute any additional duties as assigned by the SEM Operation Lead to support site maintenance objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years in MRO procurement and inventory management.
• Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry operating under cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (specifically Maximo) and modern procurement processes.
• Solid understanding of safety and regulatory requirements specifically related to MRO and spare parts management.
• Negotiation: Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships and cost-saving initiatives.

The Vice-President, Finance will play a critical role in ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and sound financial management across both corporate operations and project funding activities. Position Overview:

• Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to the Executive Vice President, Investment and Operations and leadership team, supporting enterprise decision-making and long-term financial sustainability.
• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, financial systems, and financial statement preparation to ensure strong financial stewardship across the organization.
• Lead the organization’s financial planning and reporting processes, including annual budgeting and multi-year forecasting aligned with strategic priorities.
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), including funding requests, financial reports, cost reconciliations, and Contribution Agreement requirements.
• Provide financial oversight and due diligence for funded projects, including project financial reporting, cost-claim reviews, eligibility interpretations, and financial risk management.
• Lead the preparation of annual audited financial statements and support interactions with the Board’s Audit and Finance Committee while ensuring strong internal controls, financial policies, and risk management practices.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and sound financial stewardship across the organization.

Ideal Qualifications and Experience:

• You possess a CPA designation and bring strong technical accounting expertise.
• You bring approximately 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least five years in a senior financial leadership role.
• You have experience managing complex financial environments and overseeing budgets exceeding several million dollars.
• You bring broad finance leadership experience across multiple functional areas.
• You have demonstrated success leading and mentoring finance teams while supporting organizational strategy and operational delivery.
• You are highly analytical and comfortable working with large volumes of financial data, including project-level financial reporting and forecasting.

The National Customer Development Manager, Walmart is responsible for leading the strategic relationship and commercial execution with Walmart Canada in partnership with a leading Broker relationship.

Customer Engagement (50%):

• Identify relevant content for customer insights marketing and identify target accounts together with the Marketing Insight Manager

Develop and Promote AOP (Annual Operating Plan) Initiatives (25%):

• Define scope of the projects with VP and Director of Marketing
• Work with outside agencies to run the research with appropriate methodologies
• Create teasers, small presentations, and extended presentation decks
• Present with foodservice account managers for strategic accounts
• Develop and apply appropriate offline and online promotion

The QC Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all Quality Control laboratory activities supporting both the bakery and flavour operations. Analytical Testing & Quality Control

• Oversee analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

• Review laboratory data and verify test results prior to product release.
• Manage and coordinate the external laboratory testing program when required.

Dr. Oetker is a state-of-the-art Pizza Production Facility in London, Ontario. With our Head Quarters in Germany, and operations in over 40 countries around the world, we are an international company with deep family roots dating back to 1891. Our London facility which employees about 300 associates was built in 2014 and showcases modern, highly automated, high volume production lines where we produce Ristorante, Casa di Mama and Giuseppe pizzas under the Dr. Oetker label.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Gearing up for the next wave of growth for Menarini Asia-Pacific, the Regional Innovation Lead (Consumer Healthcare) will be the primary architect for the future of our portfolio. This role is dedicated to identifying the next big thing in the consumer health space, specifically focusing on the Dermatology and Respiratory category and adjacent white spaces.

While traditional marketing focuses on the now, the Innovation Lead focuses on the next. You will lead the regional innovation roadmap, transforming consumer insights into tangible product pipelines, new business models, and disruptive go-to-market strategies. This role requires a high-level intrapreneurial mindset, someone who can navigate the complexities of a pharmaceutical environment while moving with the speed and agility of a consumer start-up.

The Lead will bridge the gap between regional strategy and local execution, ensuring that our innovation pipeline is not only scientifically sound but also consumer-first, digitally native, and commercially viable across diverse Asia-Pacific markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Pipeline & Portfolio Innovation

• Innovation Roadmap: Develop and own the 3–5 year innovation pipeline for the Dermatology and Respiratory category across APAC.
• Define and govern a Strategic Portfolio Architecture that balances immediate commercial wins with long-term disruptive innovation, ensuring a cohesive Masterbrand identity across diverse product tiers.
• White Space Identification: Systematically identify unmet consumer needs and blue ocean opportunities to expand Menarini’s footprint beyond current offerings.
• Commercial Strategy & Business Case Ownership: Develop and defend rigorous business cases for every innovation project, including multi-year revenue projections, A&M requirements, and clear ROI milestones.
• Concept Development: Lead the end-to-end journey of new initiatives: from initial ideation and consumer-first insight mining to business case sizing and product positioning.
• Product Evolution: Drive the consumerization of existing clinical portfolios, translating complex medical benefits into compelling consumer value propositions.
• Design a scalable product hierarchy and segmentation strategy that optimizes SKU rationalization while maximizing market penetration across different consumer price points.

New Product Development & Launch Excellence

• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead regional Innovation Cross Functional Team (R&D, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance) to accelerate product development from gate to gate.
• Brand Identity: Oversee the development of consumer-centric branding and delivery systems that enhance user experience and brand loyalty.
• Pilot Management: Design and lead Test & Learn pilots in key markets to validate concepts before full regional rollouts.
• BD & Procurement Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development to evaluate in-licensing opportunities, M&As, or external partnerships that can fast-track the innovation agenda.
• Directly manage the innovation interface with manufacturers (CDMOs) to ensure formulation feasibility, cost-of-goods (COGS) optimization, and adherence to regional 'speed-to-market' timelines.

Digital-First Innovation & Consumer Intelligence

• Future-Proofing Channels: Explore and implement innovative sales models, including D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) and subscription-based services within E-commerce.
• Data-Driven Insights: Partner with Business Intelligence to utilize social listening, AI-driven trends, and ethnographic research to stay ahead of shifting consumer behaviors.
• Digital Ecosystems: Develop digital health solutions (apps, tools, or services) that wrap around physical products to provide a holistic consumer experience.

Market Integration & Capability Building

• Local Market Catalyst: Act as a consultant to country teams, helping them adapt regional innovation frameworks to local cultural nuances.
• KPI Tracking: Establish Innovation Dashboards to monitor the health of the new product pipeline and the ROI of innovation spend.
• Trend Advocate: Periodically present Future of Health trends to regional leadership to influence long-term investment decisions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in Consumer Marketing or Innovation roles, and within FMCG (Beauty, Skin, or Health) or high-growth Consumer Health.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new-to-market products or business models from scratch.
• Experience managing innovation or marketing across APAC markets
• Deep understanding of how innovation lives in Modern Trade, E-commerce, and professional (Physician/Pharmacy) channels.
• A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and building the plane while flying it. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to translate abstract consumer insights into technical manufacturing briefs that are commercially and operationally viable.
• Skilled at navigating the complexities of external supply chains and holding manufacturing partners accountable to innovation milestones and quality standards.
• Ability to switch between high-level strategic visioning and the granular details of a product formulation or regulatory hurdle.
• Ability to sell a vision to senior stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams who do not report to you directly. Agile, adaptable, with strong tenacity and problem-solving skills
• A natural curiosity about human behavior and a passion for solving consumer pain points.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 20%-30%)

• Daily monitoring of Order Management system. Send out reminders for any delayed inputs by internal staff members and manufacturing facilities. Any gap is escalated to Compliance Director.
• Attend regular meetings with Manufacturing Facilities, Flair Korea Quality, and Domestic Manufacturing. Keep a record of meeting minutes.
• Support Domestic Manufacturing quality control as approved by Compliance Director and Quality Manager, with focus on documentation of records and organization of finished product samples.
• Collect and organize Certificate of Analysis/Certificate of Conformity from the manufacturing facilities.
• Continuous capacity building on comprehensive (technical, color, equipment, and production process) and practical (at the eye-level of the customer) knowledge of Company products.
• Draft quality management procedural documents and record forms by collaborating with all the interested parties under close working guidance from Compliance Director and Quality Manager. Interested parties include internal departments, manufacturing facilities, sales and CSR staff, and Flair Korea Quality staff along with any other external subject matter experts.
• Attain and maintain qualifications related to quality management system.
• Engage and support the development of Food Safety and Quality strategy, processes, standards and systems for Flair and its supply chain to operate within.
• Review and ensure effective Corrective and Preventive actions are recorded in Order Management and Technical Quality Management on a daily basis.
• Update and maintain Food Safety and Quality Management systems documents, including procedures, HACCP, GMP, and Internal Audit.
• Support Food Safety Management System as a part of Attain and maintain qualifications related to food safety management system by reporting on 6-sigma and KPI
• Actively participate in FSMS Management Review, FSSC 22000 Audit, 3rd party audits, and customer audits across all Flair locations.
  
  

• Perform duties to seek the best interest of the Company.
• Main point of contact for all customer concerns and claims.
• Review preliminary information and assign appropriate internal departments and/or manufacturing plants based on responsibility and accountability.
• Ensure verifiable evidence is gathered and recorded.
• Liaise with internal departments within the Company to ensure timely resolution of concerns and claim with emphasis on an effective corrective and preventive action plan.
• Ensure that most senior staff of the department related to the claim and concern approves the submitted corrective action report.
• Draft and communicate measures to verify and validate the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action plan. Assist annual audit to ensure these measures are carried out.
• Perform close-out activities for claims by working with the Accounting Department to ensure that the customer receives accurate credit amounts and that the Company receives accurate debit amount from the accountable party.
• Perform inventory management of claimed items to ensure all inventory is accounted for
• Ensure that customer claims are resolved in a timely fashion and escalate pending claims.
• Provide monthly open claims reports to accounting department to assess financial impact
• Escalate claims which impact Company’s business interest in a negative way. These include but not limited to the following: 1) financial loss of $10,000 or greater, 2) disputed stalemate unresolved for over 30 days, 3) repeated non-conformities experienced by Customers, 4) abusive situations arising from customer’s behavior or claim pattern, 5) imminent business relationship risk, and 6) potential to damage Company’s reputation.
• On a quarterly basis, collaborate with Compliance Coordinator in the inventory of claimed items to ensure all the inventory is accounted for and settled across all North American divisions.
• Near toward fiscal year end, provide the Accounting Department with on-going claim’s rough estimate values and assist in resolving aged inventory.
• Continuously track and report claims and concerns.
• Maintain procedural documents and work instructions up to date.
• Support Compliance Coordinator with the following: 1) handle customer compliance requests that are not being handled in a timely manner, 2) upload customer compliance documents to SharePoint to keep documents and data up to date using versioning and the established folder system 3) collect and maintain manufacturing facility accreditations such as GFSI level certificate, ISO 22000 or ISO 9001 4) maintain records of Letter of No Objection from Health Canada 5) draft and maintain Safety Data Sheets (or Material Safety Data Sheets) issued by Flair by consulting with Technical group.
• Escalate to Director of Compliance and QM when conflicting interests or questionable situations arise.

• Support regulatory due diligence recordkeeping in SharePoint
• Draft documentation and letters to customers addressing their requirements and submit them to Director of Compliance & QM for approval as needed. Escalate to Director of Compliance & QM when conflicting interests or questionable situations arise.
• Attain and maintain qualifications related to food safety management system as required by Director of Compliance & QM.
  
  

• Demonstrate proficiency in job duties by working cooperatively with other team members, sales/customer support team, QA/QC staff members, and manufacturing staff members.
• Maintain documents and records in Flair approved software/portals as well as those in hard copy format.
• Conduct quarterly scanning of regulatory changes in US and Canada and report changes to Director of Compliance & QM.
• Performs other duties as reasonably requested by Director of Compliance and QM or by ranking members of the Company’s upper management.
• Attend external training days and workshops in relation to food safety and quality.

• Report any accidents, near misses and safety concerns to the designated safety team leader, in a timely manner.

• Maintain a good understanding of Flair’s food safety policies, GMP regulatory requirements and HACCP principles reflecting industry best practices, FSSC 22000 certification scheme, and relevant CTPAT minimum security criteria.
• Report food safety non-conformities to the personnel responsible. The personnel responsible shall have defined responsibility and authority to initiate and record actions.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Understanding of chemistry and/or microbiology and its principles is preferred.
• Basic competency in the practice of ISO 9001 or ISO 22000 is preferred.
• Learn principles and methodology such as 5S and 6-Sigma is considered an asset
• Experience and understanding of systematic and analytical processes.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills which are essential for completing reports and documents, both internal and external.
