B - CHỨC NĂNG NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH

1. Thực hiện vai trò Đại sứ Ẩm thực Biển Việt Nam và thế giới của HSHG

• Thấu hiểu và đồng hành cùng định vị thương hiệu Hải Sản Hoàng Gia.
• Thực hiện công việc với tinh thần “Tâm – Tín – Tầm”, minh bạch – chính trực – trách nhiệm cao.
• Góp phần xây dựng chuỗi cung ứng bền vững, chất lượng và chuẩn hóa.

2. Lập kế hoạch & tổ chức hoạt động mua hàng

• Lập kế hoạch mua hàng thực phẩm định kỳ theo nhu cầu vận hành hệ thống nhà hàng và kênh bán sỉ.
• Dự báo nhu cầu nguyên liệu theo mùa vụ, chương trình kinh doanh và định hướng phát triển sản phẩm.
• Điều phối hoạt động cung ứng hàng hóa/dịch vụ đảm bảo đúng tiến độ và đủ số lượng.
• Giám sát việc đặt hàng, nhập hàng và chứng từ liên quan theo đúng quy định.

3. Quản lý và phát triển nhà cung cấp

• Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và lựa chọn nhà cung cấp phù hợp theo tiêu chí chất lượng – giá thành – dịch vụ – uy tín.
• Thực hiện đàm phán, ký kết hợp đồng, thỏa thuận hợp tác với nhà cung cấp.
• Phối hợp với phòng Pháp chế soạn thảo hợp đồng, phụ lục, thư gia hạn, biên bản thanh lý.
• Quản lý hồ sơ nhà cung cấp: theo dõi trình ký, đóng dấu, lưu trữ và kiểm soát bản gốc đúng quy định.
• Duy trì mối quan hệ chiến lược với nhà cung cấp trọng yếu, đảm bảo nguồn cung ổn định dài hạn.

• Plan, coordinate and supervise year-end full inventory counts – across assigned inventory locations.
• Prepare reports on inventory count discrepancies. Assess and resolve physical vs system differences, with approval for inventory adjustments. Implement action plans with internal supply chain & production stakeholders as required.
• Monitor and analyze inventory movements across the supply chain & production for accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Assess inventory movement discrepancies. Coordinate with internal supply chain & production stakeholders the resolution/correction of any potential discrepancies. Prepare reports for supply chain management on repeatable/patterns of inventory movement discrepancies.
• During Month-End Close – review all inventory related transactions to ensure all in-bound, internal transfers and shipments are completely processed.Complete, on approval, any inventory transaction adjustments and confirm to Finance, production & Supply Chain management that all inventory transactions are completed.
• Monitor and analyze compliance with inventory management principles, inventory expiry, inventory stock levels, inventory replenishment parameters. Identify opportunities for improvement and prepare appropriate presentations/action plans for internal Finance, production & Supply Chain Management.
• Complete regular training for internal supply chain stakeholders on correct operating procedures, system usage, inventory management practices and associated key controls.

Digital Transformation

• With a “data” & “digital” mindset, support the digital transformation implementation for Finance, including the design and implementation of standard processes, master data, costing and inventory information within an ERP platform.
• Support the standardization and implementation of Cost & Inventory Information Groupings & Hierarchies, Organization and Operational master data to support Business and Financial Performance Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of progressive finance experience, specifically in F&B, manufacturing / supply chain industries.
• ACCA, CPA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

The Procurement Officer (admin) is responsible for effectively maintaining procurement operations and processes to maximize benefit and efficiency for the company. 1.Operations (50%)

• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with applicable quality standards, work instructions (WI), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Adhere strictly to laboratory safety protocols and safe handling procedures.
• Conduct routine calibration, verification, and regular inspection working conditions, maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Coordinate internal and external sample testing, ensuring samples are dispatched promptly and reports are tracked and filed appropriately.
• Manage retention samples, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and retention in accordance with specified requirements.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents; monitor stock levels and initiate procurement as needed.
• Support the QA Manager with daily administrative tasks, including shipping, receiving, and documentation management when needed

• Perform quality inspections and testing of incoming raw materials to support release decisions for production use.
• Monitor the quality condition of raw materials during warehouse storage to ensure compliance with quality standards included shelf-life management
• Ensure all materials in quarantine and holding warehouses are properly identified, segregated, and controlled to prevent unauthorized use.
• Evaluate samples of new raw materials as part of the supplier approval process to determine suitability for production and compliance with customer requirements
  
  

• Monitor production processes in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations and compliance with quality and feed safety standards.
• Oversee finished goods label control, ensuring label approvals and verification checks are accurately performed by production personnel prior to product release.
• Implement and manage cross-contamination control measures, including production sequencing and cleaning verification, to minimize carryover risks
  
  

• Perform quality inspections and testing of finished goods to support product release decisions and ensure compliance with established specifications.
• Ensure all finished goods in quarantine and holding areas are properly identified, segregated, and controlled to prevent unauthorized distribution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and investigations for product non-conformities, test failures, or customer complaints, and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  
  

• Understanding, identification and control the feed safety hazards in feed production environment to ensure the hygiene for manufacturing environment

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Laboratory Technician or Specialist within the animal feed industry or a related manufacturing sector as mentioned above
• Proven experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory instruments and analytical equipment
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following analytical techniques: Enzyme activity assays; ELISA testing
• Practical experience working in a scientific laboratory environment, including: Handling a variety of chemical agents; Preparing reagents, solutions, and buffer systems; Applying correct manual handling and laboratory safety procedures; Safe handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals in compliance with laboratory safety standards
• Good understanding of the agricultural and/or feed enzyme industry
• Experience in calibration, operational checks, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: Pipettes and multi-channel pipettes; pH meters; Laboratory mills; Spectrophotometers
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English both written and verbal
• Hands-on experience in NIR (Near-Infrared) technology
• Understanding raw material characters- key requirement of raw materials for mixing process
• Understanding premix characters- key requirement for Premix - customer concerns/ requirement
• Understanding of manufacturing process in animal feed/ pet food - premix/ compound feed or relevant product
• Understanding, identification and control the feed safety hazards in raw material, feed production environment and feed products

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN  

1, KINH NGHIỆM & CHUYÊN MÔN 

• 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm PQA tại công ty IT 
• Hiểu về các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng như ISO 27001 (ưu tiên), ISO 9001, CMMI… 
• Nắm vững vòng đời phát triển phần mềm và các mô hình: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, V-Model… 
• Có kinh nghiệm audit dự án và hướng dẫn/đào tạo quy trình 

2, KỸ NĂNG 

• Sử dụng tốt Microsoft Office 
• Quen thuộc với công cụ quản lý dự án như Jira, Redmine… 
• Kỹ năng lập và trình bày báo cáo rõ ràng, mạch lạc
