Responsabilidades e atribuições

Buscamos um(a) Senior Platform Engineer para atuar na construção da plataforma interna de engenharia , criando SDKs corporativos, APIs reutilizáveis e padrões técnicos que acelerem as squads de desenvolvimento com governança e escalabilidade

As our Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll build the DevOps function from the ground up. You’ll lead the initial setup of our DevOps and platform engineering practices, define standards and infrastructure strategy

This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

📍 Location: Remote with overlap to our New York City HQ (EST)

Where you'll create impact

• Design and deliver an internal platform for personal or feature environments to empower developers and improve velocity
• Build and maintain AWS-based infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and automate release processes
• Implement observability tooling (logging, monitoring, alerting) to detect and resolve issues proactively
• Collaborate closely with developers to identify bottlenecks, improve delivery and enhance system reliability
• Ensure high availability and uptime through effective monitoring, incident response, and recovery strategies
• Promote infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code best practices
• Document systems, configurations and incident processes for team-wide clarity and consistency
• Participate in on-call rotations or coordinate time zone coverage to ensure 24-hour reliability across regions

What sets you up for success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• 10+ years of experience or at least 5 years of strong AWS focused engineering experience
• Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, IAM, networking, etc.)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Strong background in CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern deployment workflows
• Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
• Comfortable working independently to build new systems and processes from the ground up
• Time zone flexibility to support partial 24-hour coverage is preferred

The Observability Enabler

The DevOps Engineer at Mojo Trek is a specialized "Platform Architect" who operates as a part-time strategic member of the Elite Squad. Rather than being a bottleneck for deployments, you are an Educator and Guardrail-Builder. You empower the "Golden Three" by setting up automated CI/CD pipelines, enforcing security/compliance standards, and enabling the deep observability (DORA/DX) that defines Mojo Trek’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and maintain reproducible environments that adhere to specific platform standards and patterns.
• Pipeline Orchestration: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines that automate testing, security scanning, and deployment.
• Observability Enablement: Own the tooling and instrumentation (logging, tracing, metrics) that allows Developers and POs to understand system health in real-time.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure the solution meets all security and regulatory requirements from day one.
• Technical Education: Upskill the Software Engineers and Testers to manage their own containerization and basic deployment scripts, reducing hand-offs.

Qualifications

• Platform Expert: Deep mastery of AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically regarding container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and serverless architectures.
• Automation-First: Proficiency in Terraform, Pulumi, or similar IaC tools.
• Security Mindset: Experience with DevSecOps practices, including secret management and vulnerability scanning.
• Consultative Mentor: The ability to simplify complex infrastructure concepts for the rest of the team and the client stakeholders.

RACI Profile: The Platform Enabler

• Accountable (A): CI/CD Pipeline Stability, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) standards, and Security Compliance.
• Responsible (R): Observability setup, Cloud resource provisioning, and developer environment automation.
• Consulted (C): Scale/Performance planning (PE) and disaster recovery strategy.
• Informed (I): Sprint-level feature releases and routine bug fixes.

• Creation and maintenance of automation scripts to deploy platform code.
• Creation and maintenance of automation scripts to deploy cloud infrastructure, VMs, DBs, Load Balancers.
• Creation of product install automation scripts.
• Execution of this automation to build out customer & internal environments up to the product level.
• Enhancements & changes to continually improve the scripts as requirements & products change.
• Defining & Deploy alerting for infrastructure and products.
• Integration with cloud native services, Cyber tooling, monitoring software and ITSM tooling.
• Deploy business alerts to ensure changes to specifications or up time schedules are notified and approved.

• Implementar estratégias de cache distribuído utilizando Redis, além de integrar buscas semânticas e armazenamento de embeddings com pgvector no PostgreSQL.
• Projetar e manter soluções em ambiente conteinerizado e serverless na Google Cloud, utilizando serviços como Google Cloud Run, Google Kubernetes Engine e bancos gerenciados.
• Implementar pipelines de CI/CD, conteinerização com Docker, testes automatizados, monitoramento, logging estruturado e métricas, assegurando qualidade, resiliência e alta disponibilidade dos serviços.

The role:
As a Sales Development Representative at VendorPM, you will be responsible for contacting vendor leads assigned to you across Canada and the US, and converting them into sales to achieve weekly sales quotas. Your role will involve expanding our vendor client base by promoting our exclusive platform that services commercial vendors serving various sectors such as commercial, retail, industrial, and residential property management firms. 

What we are looking for:

• 1+ years of sales experience preferably in SaaS or tech.

• Experience with high-volume cold calling.

• Experience utilizing Salesforce and Salesloft (or other) to manage accounts effectively.
