Headwear Designer and Product Developer

At Maxima Apparel, we're on a mission to revolutionize the speed-to-market manufacturing and design industry, setting new benchmarks for agility and innovation. As we continue to expand our portfolio of brands and licenses, we're seeking a passionate and visionary Headwear Graphic Designer to support our Pro Standard (MLB, NFL, NBA, & WNBA business). The ideal candidate will work closely with senior/director to bring our brand vision to life, creating compelling graphics and development of bulk goods.

Your responsibilities:

Graphic Development: Create and execute graphic design elements for headwear collections, ensuring designs align with brand identity and market trends.

Graphic Quality Control: Ensure the quality control of all graphic designs, including reviewing art files for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to design standards. Collaborate with production teams to ensure that designs are translated accurately onto physical products.

• Monitor weekly inventory activity within Hugo Boss Systems, ensuring accurate data flow across WMS, ERP, BI and POS. Identify discrepancies in stock movements and ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent system driven inventory losses.
• Oversee weekly reporting and reconciliation of open POs, RTV’s, Discounts reporting and system generated inventory adjustments. Partner with cross functional teams (Warehouse, Retail Operations, Stores, Accounting, IT, etc.) to maintain accurate end to end inventory visibility.

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger

Opportunity

Animal Care Attendant (ACA): We are seeking an experienced ACA with a love for spending time enriching the lives of the animals within our care. ACAs understand that ensuring a clean, stimulating, and healthy environment is paramount to quality of life for our furry residents. ACAs develop great relationships with our human friends too by supporting client service and administration for a seamless experience at every turn. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract role that is scheduled to end on September 11, 2026.

A Typical Day

• Performing care and enrichment for our animals including, feeding, exercising, playing and/or other engagement activities 


• Ensuring a healthy environment through general housekeeping, disinfection protocols, laundry duties and kennel cleaning


• Supporting animal physical health by performing supervised vaccinations, seeking RVT advice and   general bathing and grooming duties


• Maintaining client records, recording information, and notifying a supervisor of any potential health concerns 


• Participates in the transfer of animals to vet clinic as required


• Immerse self in the culture and goals of the centre and organization by actively promoting the centre via social media channels and participation in a variety of fundraising initiatives

• Train new operators on Canada Goose styles & operations
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance personnel in order to train the employees on the Canada Goose established norms.
