Background

Accelerated Materials (AM) is an innovative, seed-stage start-up commercializing a technology platform that bridges the gap between nanomaterial discovery and industrial-scale manufacturing. By combining advanced reaction processes with artificial intelligence and automation, we streamline the pathway of scale-up, reducing the time and cost by up to 90%. With this platform, we provide end-to-end solutions for the advanced materials industry, offering new capabilities and intellectual property in record time. We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the semiconductor and electronics supply chain. You will drive the adoption of our platform for mission-critical applications, specifically targeting applications within the semiconductor industry, such as Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs), Conductive Inks, EMI Shielding and other Advanced Packaging solutions.

Job scope

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close deals within specific high-value verticals like Thermal Management (TIMs, Phase Change Materials), Interconnects (Ag/Cu Sintering, Conductive Pastes), and EMI Shielding.
• Structure Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) and licensing models which handle R&D, equipment sales and manufacturing agreements.
• Translate complex customer requirements—such as bond line thickness (BLT) reduction, thermal conductivity (W/mK) targets, or CTE mismatch—into clear targets and value propositions for our scientific and engineering team.
• Manage key accounts, moving customers from sampling to production scale-up, working with across our commercial and technical teams.
• Work with our corporate strategy team to conduct value chain analysis and market size estimation.

Skills Required

• Technical expertise in electronic and semiconductor materials, for example, being able to comfortably discuss the customer requirements and relate them to our performance improvements in particle morphology control.
• Advanced networking abilities within APAC and globally, with established contacts within the semiconductor ecosystem.
• The ability to structure complex deals involving IP transfer, technology licensing, and co-development.
• A highly collaborative and flexible mindset, with experience of working with start-ups as well as large companies.
• Excellent presentation abilities, able to quickly craft presentations and give them to senior management on a regular basis.
• Expertise in managing sales CRMs like Monday, Hubspot, Salesforce
• Experience in working internationally, across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific regions

• Ability to travel up to 25-40% within APAC/Global

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Development or Technical Sales within Semiconductor Materials, Electronic Chemicals, or Specialty Chemicals.
• A degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Physics.
• Familiarity with supply chains in semiconductor manufacturing and packaging.
• A proven history of lead generation and closing deals involving new technology introduction or pilot-line adoption.
• The ability to communicate fluently in professional English. Professional Japanese is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, and qualification of advanced pharmaceutical laboratory equipment and instrumentation to meet ISO17025/GMP/GLP requirements

Title: Quality Specialist (QA/QC)

Location: Singapore

The Quality Specialist supports the implementation and maintenance of GMP-compliant quality systems for Moleac’s outsourced manufacturing network. The role provides quality control and quality assurance oversight of contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), testing laboratories, and suppliers, ensuring that raw materials, intermediates, and finished products meet established specifications and regulatory requirements.

The position supports batch release activities through review of manufacturing and analytical documentation, management of quality records, and coordination with external partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. GMP Quality Oversight

• Provide QA oversight of contract manufacturers, testing laboratories, and suppliers to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Maintain and organize GMP documentation including specifications, test methods, batch records, and quality reports.
• Support maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), including SOPs and controlled documents.
• Ensure proper documentation practices and compliance with GMP and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.
• Support internal preparation for regulatory inspections and GMP audits.
• Assist in compilation of Product Quality Reviews (PQR/APQR).

2. Batch Release Documentation & QC Review

• Review manufacturing batch records, packaging records, and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) from contract manufacturers and testing reports from testing laboratories.
• Verify that manufacturing and testing activities comply with approved specifications, validated/approved methods, and regulatory filings.
• Perform QC release for packaging materials and raw materials.
• Maintain batch release trackers and ensure completeness of required quality documentation.
• Review analytical test results and stability data for compliance with product specifications.

3. Analytical & Stability Program Oversight

• Track analytical testing activities performed by contract laboratories for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Maintain QC trackers and testing schedules to ensure timely completion of required analyses.
• Support management of stability programs, including monitoring of stability study schedules and review of stability data.
• Assist in trending analytical results and identifying potential quality trends or deviations.

4. Quality Event Management

• Track and support investigations related to deviations, Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, and product complaints reported by contract manufacturers or laboratories.
• Support documentation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain logs and trackers for deviations, investigations, and quality events.

5. Change Control & Supplier Quality

• Support assessment and tracking of manufacturing, analytical, or supplier changes through the company’s change control process.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP-regulated environments.

Senior Process and Project Engineer (m/f/d)

to join our Engineering department at Advario in Singapore, starting as soon as possible.

Your Tasks:

• Design and analyse the terminal’s process related infrastructure to improve, upgrade or implement processes
• Prepare calculations, specifications and diagrams for new construction and/or terminal expansion projects, ensuring adherence to quality, regulatory and legal standards.
• Develop conceptual studies for process related infrastructure, prepare engineering documents such as PFDs and Scope of Works descriptions as well as vendor specifications for tenders, evaluate tender submission and provide cost estimation.

• Support process/equipment qualification/validation activities and studies.
• Front auditors during regulatory audits as the SMEs of the department.
• Perform cleaning of equipment and cleanrooms as and when necessary.
• Perform basic 5S housekeeping.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a engineering/scientific discipline (Bio/chemical engineering/life science/biology/chemistry) with 2-6 years relevant industry experience.
• Plant start up or commissioning and/or operational experience in biologics and/or vaccines.
• Experience/knowledge of cGMP practices as applicable to fill finish processes is required.
• A thorough knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, with ability to effectively prioritize tasks with agility, eager to learn, interact and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in a team environment and consistently demonstrate reliability and responsibility.
• Must be a team player with good working ethics, initiative, diplomacy, positive influencing abilities and drive.
• Good oral communication and demonstrable, exemplary writing skills.
• Experience with problem solving and statistical tools will be an advantage.

Attività principali:

• Gestione completa del ciclo di vita dei campioni: dalla registrazione in SQL LIMS al rilascio finale, garantendo tracciabilità e conformità ai flussi QC.
• Supervisione della movimentazione dei campioni: controlli, verifiche e attività di rilascio secondo procedure interne.
• Gestione dell’inventario dei campioni e dei materiali di laboratorio, assicurando disponibilità e ordine.
• Monitoraggio dei parametri ambientali del laboratorio (temperature, umidità, apparecchiature critiche) in collaborazione con Engineering.
• Pianificazione e monitoraggio degli studi di stabilità, assicurandone la corretta esecuzione.
• Simulazione dei processi nel sistema LIMS e supporto alla relativa implementazione operativa.
• Formazione del personale su procedure, flussi operativi e utilizzo dei sistemi digitali.
• Collaborazione con team globali per allineamento, reporting e armonizzazione dei processi.
• Supporto alla gestione e implementazione del software LabX, coordinando attività progettuali, aggiornamenti e supporto utenti.

Requisiti principali:

• Minimo 2 anni di esperienza in QC, laboratorio o ambito affine.
• Conoscenza di LIMS o sistemi digitali di laboratorio.
• Familiarità con principi GMP.
• Buone capacità organizzative e di lavoro in team.
• Preferibile esperienza, anche base, con LabX.
