Your Impact
- Operate and improve large-scale Kubernetes infrastructure in production

ZCC Program Coordinator

Within TNC´s global program, Provide Food and Water, TNC’s Zero Conversion Commodities (ZCC) is a global and mature strategy with the goal of transforming the food system for soy, cattle, and palm oil, primarily but not limited to, by enabling producers in critical ecosystems of South America to meet growing demand without converting additional land for farming. We work in partnership with value chain actors to halt habitat conversion caused by commodity production in highly biodiverse and threatened biomes, including the Brazilian Amazon, the Brazilian Cerrado, the Gran Chaco of Argentina and Paraguay, and Indonesia.
The ZCC Program Coordinator will provide essential support to the ZCC Strategy by ensuring that managerial and operational information for the strategy is up to date across different channels, as well as supporting administrative, contract coordination, financial, and programmatic activities. This role involves creating and maintaining data and strategy dashboards, including staffing lists, org charts, mailing lists, general presentations about the strategy, such as onboarding, progress, and updates of the strategy for all-team calls, analyzing results of the annual collaboration survey, preparing a presentation to report results, and archiving and organizing information. They will also support contracting and procurement processes, manage payments and invoicing, and assist some core leadership team members of the strategy with scheduling meetings and administrative tasks.
They will contribute to event planning, such as managing logistics and/or facilitating meetings.
They will liaise with the Certified Contracts Specialist assigned to the projects and the project managers, facilitating the contracts workflow by solving problems and effectively communicating and distributing information.
They will also be appointed as “project coordinator” for the projects under the strategy and will support the organization and delivery of in-person and virtual meetings, including logistics arrangements.

Responsabilidades e Escopo De Trabalho

- Lidera uma equipe e um portfólio de projetos relacionados à agricultura e pecuária no Cerrado Brasileiro, considerando interlocução com equipes no Brasil, América Latina e na equipe global. Serão necessárias habilidades de liderança sem relações diretas de supervisão.
- Supervisionar equipe técnica localizada em diferentes regiões, com responsabilidade pela gestão de desempenho, formação e desenvolvimento dos profissionais supervisionados.
- Liderar processos de monitoramento, avaliação e reporte de resultados (Trimestrais, Anuais, reportes a doadores etc.), analisando avanços e barreiras junto a stakeholders internos/externos.
- Estabelece e mantém padrões ótimos de desempenho dentro do orçamento.

- Diploma de bacharel na área de agronomia, economia, engenharia ambiental e correlata, conservação ambiental, ou combinação equivalente de educação e experiência de pelo menos 7 anos.
- Experiência em captação de recursos, incluindo identificação de potenciais doadores e desenvolvimento de relacionamento com doadores.
- Experiência na gestão de projetos complexos ou múltiplos, incluindo administração financeira e coordenação do trabalho de outros profissionais e parceiros, incluindo equipe, manejo de carga de trabalho e organização de demandas.
- Experiência em supervisão, incluindo motivação, liderança, definição de objetivos e gestão de desempenho.
- Experiência no desenvolvimento de parcerias com organizações sem fins lucrativos, grupos comunitários e/ou órgãos governamentais.

- Apply supply demand principles to prioritize EHS&S Composition related requests in accordance with defined work processes and job aids.
- Determine and maintain EHS&S Compositions and executes data processing as prescribed in work process / job aids .
- Identify EHS&S Composition data integrity issues/gaps, implement corrective actions to close those gaps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve atypical EHS&S Composition issues in collaboration with Product Stewardship, Quality and Product Regulatory Services (PRS).
- Interact on complex matters with interdependencies within the between Product Stewardship, Quality, PRS and EHS&S Integrated Services.
- Improve workflow design and suggest EHS&S Composition work processes improvements .
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflow design, standardize processes, and improve EHS&S composition work practices.
- Minimum of a bachelor´s degree in Chemistry or other related scientific discipline is required.
- Experience with formulations and compositions.
- Advanced Excel.

- +5 years relevant industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with legal compositions under chemical regulatory frameworks such as REACH, TSCA and others is desired.
- Detail oriented and Critical thinking - Ensure accuracy, data integrity and consistence of composition data while enabling objective analysis, detect gaps or inconsistences, sound interpretation, and defensible decisions when addressing complex problems and uncertainty following work processes and job aids.
- Microsoft Excel - Used as one of the main tools to analyze and review composition data
- SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - Used as a system of record to create, update and maintain legal and standard compositions, execute composition related workflows.
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) - Ensure alignment between SAP composition data and hazard communication requirements.
- Polymer Chemistry - It will be applied to understand polymer structure, monomer reactants, residuals, impurities, enabling accurate determination of standard and legal compositions.
- Chemical reactions - Used to assess how reactions, adjustments or processing steps define final standard and legal compositions, or troubleshooting atypical formulation scenarios.

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Security Engineer to own and scale security across a fast-growing cloud-native platform. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who combines strong engineering fundamentals with practical, real-world security experience.
You will be responsible for securing infrastructure, applications, CI/CD pipelines, and third-party integrations — while enabling engineering teams to move quickly and safely.

Descrição do cargo
O/A Gerente de Inteligência para Conservação é responsável por liderar o desenvolvimento e a implementação de metodologias científicas e sistemas de Business Intelligence (BI) para planejamento, monitoramento e mensuração de impacto das estratégias de conservação. Seu papel é garantir que a TNC Brasil utilize dados de alta qualidade, análises avançadas e ferramentas inovadoras para maximizar o impacto das ações de conservação.
O/A Gerente lidera equipes multidisciplinares com ênfase em dois eixos principais: a. Monitoramento, Avaliação e Aprendizado, responsável pelo apoio no desenho e planejamento de estratégias de conservação, bem como na implementação de ferramentas e metodologias de monitoramento e avaliação de resultados e impactos; b. Ciências de Dados, com foco em análises e gestão de dados científicos, geração de evidências, avaliação de tendências e apoio no processo de tomada de decisão da gestão adaptativa de conservação da TNC Brasil.

Duties & Responsibilities
● Design, build, and maintain multi-account AWS environments, including networking, IAM, and cost optimization.
● Deliver Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation to improve automation, governance, and reliability.
● Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, ArgoCD, and KEDA.
● Manage container platforms using Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and scalability.
● Build and support distributed data processing and workflow orchestration solutions using Apache Airflow and Apache Kafka.
● Implement observability and monitoring solutions with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Requirements

Your Next Challenge
Reporting to the Manager of Technical Services, you will be part of the Engineering Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Conducting regular reviews and assessments of geotechnical/stress monitoring and modelling, rock support practices, and results to ensure gaps are identified and addressed.
- Reviewing geotechnical assumptions considered during the elaboration of LOMP, 5-year plan, and budget plans.
- Working in collaboration with sites to develop improvement initiatives.
- Supporting sites in developing technical teams by coaching and mentoring site personnel in geotechnical related areas.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or relevant field.
- Registered (or eligible for registration) with Professional Engineers Ontario.
- 10 years of underground mine ground control experience.
- 4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Extensive experience in rock mass characterization including rock mass data acquisition through core logging and face mapping.
- Significant experience working in deep underground mines.
- Knowledge of and experience with the application of advanced numerical methods for underground design validation and stability assessments.
- Experience working in Northern Ontario or similar locations.
- Working knowledge of mine design software is considered an asset (Deswik).

Your Impact
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wind and solar meteorological towers and remote sensing systems.
- Carry out manual labour tasks including lifting, loading, equipment assembly, and safe operation of trucks and trailers.
- Document all field activities with digital notes, photos, and accurate reporting.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, trailers, and field equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Follow direction from field supervisors and collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Adhere to WSP’s safety program and actively contribute to safe work planning.
- Support knowledge‑sharing through contribution to internal systems and continuous learning on the job.
- Travel regularly to remote locations for multi‑day field assignments in varying weather conditions.
- A flexible schedule and ability to work extended days and travel out of town for field rotations.
- Physically able to perform manual labour tasks and safely handle equipment (including 50+ lbs lifting).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract; experience towing trailers over long distances is an asset.
- Comfortable working outdoors year‑round in demanding conditions.
- Motivated, detail‑oriented, accountable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong listening, comprehension, and documentation skills.
- Interest or experience with meteorological towers, remote sensing, data logging, telemetry systems, UAVs, photography, small engine repair, CAD, fabrication, or similar considered an asset.

As a Site Reliability Engineer (GCP) you will play a key role at Stacktics Inc., where we design, create, deploy, maintain and grow industry-leading Cloud Infrastructure, Big Data Analytics and Cloud For Marketing products, solutions and services. As a SRE/DevOps team member, you will technically grow and assist in leading a team taking projects from concept through to launch. This role involves strategic decision making, leading system implementations, and driving the adoption and testing of security processes and procedures that enhance the resilience of our infrastructure and IT systems.

- Drive the classification of vulnerabilities based on contextual risk (e.g., exploitability, asset criticality) rather than just CVSS scores, prioritizing remediation efforts effectively
- Establish and lead a Security Champions Program to foster security culture within development and engineering teams, ensuring security advocates are embedded across the organization
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of security technologies within the SOC, such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other relevant tools
- Management of security technologies, such as firewalls, surveillance systems, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems
- Identity and Access Management (IAM):
- Oversee the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) programs, ensuring proper lifecycle management, access reviews, and least-privilege enforcement
- Stay current on the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities
- Integrate threat intelligence into SOC processes to proactively identify potential risks
- Implement continuous monitoring of network and system activities
- Analyze security alerts and log data to identify patterns and trends
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on Security Operations activities, incident trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain documentation of incidents, responses, and lessons learned
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards such as PCI DSS, NIST, ISO and other frameworks
- Conduct regular tabletop exercises to test and improve incident response capabilities
- Facilitate Purple Team exercises to validate detection logic and improve defensive posture against specific TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures)
- Manage the budget for the Security Operations team, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Provide input for the acquisition of new tools and technologies
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of Security operations
- 10-12+ years of relevant experience in information security
- 5+ years of experience leading security teams
- Working knowledge of Identity and Access management, SIEM management, Incident management and vulnerability management concepts
- Working knowledge of Information Security best practices and standards such as COBIT, SSAE18, ISO 27000 Series, PCI DSS, SOX etc
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills and proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Comprehensive knowledge or experience of information security principles, including risk assessment, intrusion detection, Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) tools, threat and vulnerability management
- Detailed knowledge or experience of application and network-based penetration testing tools and methodologies
- Experience of incident response and security incident event management solutions, UEBA, EDR etc
- Successful track record of effective project coordination, prioritization, collaboration, organization, and timely project delivery
- Ability to understand and evaluate risk in relation to IT Security and communicate this at a senior level
- Experience of working at a senior level within an information security, cyber security environment or Security Operations Centre
- Strong technical background with excellent knowledge of cyber security, computer networks and operating systems including firewalls, IDS/IPS, Active Directory, endpoint protection, Windows Server, networks and cloud services
- Analytical background with the ability to analyze and interpret large and complex data sets and articulate observations, conclusions and recommendations
- Good understanding of current legislation and regulations pertaining to IT security
- Security & Technical Expertise
- Operational oversight of Vulnerability Management, including identification, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Application Security findings from SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanning tools
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security practices (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration risk management
- Experience securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) including IAM, logging, monitoring, and cloud-native security controls
- Experience with Network Firewalls and WAFs
- Practical understanding of container and Kubernetes) security, including cluster configuration, runtime risks, and CI/CD integration
- Experience integrating security controls into DevOps / CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps practices)
