About You

• 5+ years work experience as a Software Application developer or /and DevOps engineer
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of software development and deployment processes within an Agile, Scrum, and DevOps framework.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen our production governance, resilience, and platform reliability capabilities. All About You

• Bachelor’s degree with major in related Engineering departments
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in the construction sites or retail sector
• Knowledge and experience in air conditioning systems, lighting and energy systems, shutters, sliding doors, elevators, monorails, generators, and other equipment found in stores.
• Preferably with maintenance experience in electronic cards, circuits, mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficient in occupational health and safety regulations and legal periodic inspections
• Able to understand technical documents in English
• Able to use MS Office applications, preferably with SAP knowledge
• Class B driver's license and is able to drive actively

This role aims to manage end-to-end value creation in financial digital products by combining both Product Owner and Business Analyst perspectives. Prior to the SAP transformation, the core focus of the role will be understanding the needs of the Finance business units, analyzing processes, determining the right priorities, guiding the Finance Agile team, and progressing in close coordination with the SAP project.

Following the SAP transition, the position will predominantly evolve into a Business Analyst role, focusing on process analysis, requirements management, and continuous improvement activities for financial applications that remain outside the SAP scope.

• Ensure the effective operation and sustainability of systems including:
