The Role :
As the E-Commerce Executive, you will support the day-to-day operations of our online store and assist in driving business growth through efficient execution and attention to detail. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to ensure smooth platform operations, accurate product listings, and timely campaign execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.
What you will do:
Operational Support
- Manage daily tasks on the e-commerce platform, including product uploads, price updates, and stock checks.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of promotions, campaigns, and content updates.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to monitor order fulfillment and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and report key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, and sales performance.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of optimization initiatives to enhance user experience and conversion.
Campaign Execution
- Work with marketing teams to ensure campaigns are correctly set up on the platform.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide timely feedback for adjustments.
- Ensure all creative assets and product details are aligned with brand guidelines.
Customer Experience
- Maintain accurate product information and ensure a seamless shopping journey.
- Assist in resolving customer-related issues in collaboration with the customer service team.
Team Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and IT to ensure smooth operations.
- Share insights and updates with the E-Commerce Manager to support decision-making.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
