We are currently seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented FM Engineer to join our Facility Management division. This role will be responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing building systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Address and resolve corrective maintenance issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security).
• Oversee facility projects such as renovations, upgrades, and installations from design through execution and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and EHS standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment inventories, and service contracts.
• Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance efficiency, and compliance status.
• Collaborate with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth facility operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility management, building systems, or maintenance engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Knowledge of safety protocols, building regulations, and EHS compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
