Learn more at www.e-arc.com.Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Large and small Format Print Operator to run various digital printers including DGI, Klieverik, Oce6170 flatbed, HP 800, and Canon Colorado. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities, and capable of producing high-quality output under tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities

• Operate large and small format printers and related equipment.
• Manage production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and approve proofs.
• Select appropriate print media and substrates for each project.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Occasionally assist with deliveries and support other departments as needed.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and basic computer skills; advanced design knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with printing, large and small format.
• Familiarity with various printing media such as textiles, banners, and rigid substrates.
• Understanding color management and how materials, heat, and ink affect output.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Fast-paced production setting with occasional cross-departmental support.
• Must be able to lift and move materials as needed.
• Flexible schedule with potential for overtime.
