Project Supervisor

If you have have experience in handling construction project for F&B and/or Retail Industry, kindly apply for this position.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Design Interior with minimum 3 years' experience
• Experience in handling restaurant/cafe construction for standalone and inside commercial building will be preferable
• Ability to bridge between owner and contractor
• Willing to travel extensively in Indonesia
• Expert with design tools like AutoCAD and Sketchup
• Familiar with MEP and Gas Installation

Job Role:

• Conduct surveys and assessments of potential construction sites for F&B establishments, evaluating factors.
• Provide supervision, oversight and coordination support for the construction process, job-site safety and all administrative requirements as well as supporting Project Manager
• Check and Distribute Drawing Plan by ensuring the distribution of drawing runs well and ensuring the construction result in accordance with the drawing plan
• Overseeing the pre-construction and construction process to comply with the agreed timeline, including overseeing the work timeline of contractors and related vendors
• Visiting project sites to identify risks and ensure all project staff comply with quality and safety requirements
• Responsible for handover site process from the landlord to the contractor as well as responsible for the hand over site process to the Operation division
• Prepare and Provide Documents related construction activity (fitting out form, fitting out deposit, etc)
• Support other project duties and supervise team according to requirements
