Recruitment Difficulty Analysis

Key challenge: An entry-level drainage role requiring a full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points and willingness to work outdoors across the Anglian Water region limits the candidate pool to local graduates, apprentices, and career switchers with relevant attitude and basic technical aptitude. The dispersed site geography, need for training, and the no-agency policy further constrain sourcing, making targeted university/college outreach essential.
