About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly self-driven Sales Director to lead the sales expansion of our AI Recruiter software across the United States and Canada. This role focuses on selling AI-powered recruiting tools, ATS-integrated solutions, and automation products designed for recruiters, staffing agencies, HR teams, and enterprises.
You will be responsible for full-cycle sales—from prospecting to closing—and for building long-term relationships with recruitment teams and HR leaders.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Market Expansion

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for AI Recruiter and HR automation software across North America.
  • Prospect, pitch, demo, and close deals with staffing agencies, recruitment teams, HR departments, and enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to reach quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Expand our customer base within industries including tech, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, and professional services.
  1. Client Engagement & Solution Consulting

  • Conduct product demos and consultative sales sessions, translating customer needs into customized AI recruiting solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our AI Recruiter features, ATS integrations, workflows, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage the entire relationship lifecycle: onboarding, implementation coordination, upsell, and renewal.
  1. Market Intelligence & Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Identify opportunities within the HR Tech ecosystem, including ATS platforms, staffing partners, channel resellers, and HRIS vendors.
  • Provide regular market feedback for product improvements, pricing strategies, and roadmap planning.
  • Represent the company at HR Tech conferences, industry events, webinars, and partner activities.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize messaging, sales materials, and demo workflows.
  • Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure customers achieve rapid adoption and success.
Requirements

Must-Have

  • 5–8+ years of sales experience in HR Tech, preferably in:
    • ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
    • Recruiting software
    • Talent acquisition solutions
    • HR automation tools
  • Proven track record of independently closing mid-market or enterprise software deals.
  • Strong understanding of the recruiting industry—including workflows, KPIs, and technology stack.
  • Excellent demo skills, consultative selling ability, and negotiation experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
  • Fluent English; strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Existing network with staffing agencies, recruitment leaders, TA directors, or HR decision-makers.
  • Experience selling AI or automation software.
  • HR Tech partnerships or experience integrating with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn, Lever).
